SOME QUESTIONS AND ANSWER

1. How do you handle a difficult or a rude passenger?


I would deal with them by remaining calm, having a positive approach to how I
communicate with them, being confident on my abilities to resolve the situation and
above all, remember that I am representing one of the best airline in the world. I would
also ensure I maintained controlled the situation throughout my communication with
the passenger.
I think its very important to always listen, be friendly and polite and serve the passenger based
on their need.
I would start of by listening to the passenger, asking them probing questions to get to
the bottom of the issue quickly and look for the ways to shut out the problem quickly. If
I was able to, I would always follow the training I would have received when I started as
airline. and I would use positive body language and tone of voice while dealing with
them.
I am confident I would be able to deal with all the situation, however if was ever unsure
or if I felt as situation was deteriorating I would speak to my member or supervisor for
advice and guideline.

2 #4 WHAT QUALITIES ARE NEEDED TO BE THE CABIN CREW WITH EMIRATES

“There are many different qualities needed to become competent as cabin crew with emirates. Top
of the list is the understanding of safety, and being able to follow strict rules and procedures.

The cabin crew team are there primarily for the safety of their passengers, and it is vital we operate
as a team to provide a safe and secure flight. Another quality is being able to provide genuine, high
quality service in line with the Emirates brand that caters for the need of all the passangers.

Emirates service is different to other airlines, and you have to have a genuine passion and desire to
serve the people. You must be patient, act with confidence and also show empathy whenever the
situation require it-having strong interpersonal and communication skill are very important as part
of the cabin crew team. You also need to be flexible in your role and be available to help out the
team when needed.

There may be times when a member of the cabin crew team is off sick, and you must be willing to
help out and cover when required. You must also be true to the Emirates value, be friendly, positive
and courteous and also demonstrate maturity and having a genuine passion for helping others
