POINTS TO REMEMBER
Participation is compulsory in all the activities for each and every student as it will be assessed
as a part of the Internal Assessment.
NO REMINDER will be sent for the given activities until there is any change in the schedule.
Kindly be in touch with the schedule to avoid confusions.
Students must wear School Track Suits every Wednesday and Saturday with white shoes.
Parents are requested to submit leave note (available in school diary) if child is not present in the
school for one or two days. In case child is not able to come to school more than 2 days, then
parents are required to give hand written application with medical (in case of illness).
Parents are requested to sign the school diary on daily basis.
Kindly check home work on Whatsapp, in case child is absent or on leave.
Kindly ensure that the child must not bring steel forks in Tiffin box. Send plastic forks if
required.
Students are required to bring their short break/ lunch along with them in the morning itself on
daily basis.
Ensure that the child must take proper breakfast before coming to school. Student must bring
healthy short break. They will not be allowed to eat junk food, biscuits, namkeen etc in the class.
Ensure entry of your ward to the school on time under all circumstances daily. Child must reach
at 08:50 am positively as no late coming students will be allowed to enter the school premises
after 09:00 am. One mark will be deducted per subject in case of late coming.
Early leave will not be allowed. If the child is not well or under any other circumstances, kindly
keep the child at home. One mark per subject will be deducted per application for early
dispersal.
Parents are requested to make phone calls on 98524-11135 (Mrs. Kamlesh Sharma) between
01.30 p.m. to 03.00 p.m. in case of any query or emergency. Please avoid to message or call on
teachers' personal numbers as they are not allowed to use personal phones in school.
Kindly take prior appointment if you want to meet the teacher/Coordinator/Principal
