Q19) Consider a linear arrangement of 49 buildings, each assigned a unique integer from 1 to
49 (in order). Suppose there is a partitioning building x which effectively divides the arrangement
into two sets. Demonstrate the existence of a single value x such that the arithmetic sum of the
buildings preceding x is congruent to the arithmetic sum of the buildings succeeding x. Identify
the value of x that satisfies this condition.
