Absolutely! Our theme for this evening is “Glimpses of India.” From the soaring heights of our achievements in
science and technology to the deep- rooted traditions of our diverse cultures, we will take you on a colorful journey
across our great nation.

As we all know, we were in slave for 200 years under britishers and with great struggle we achieved our
independence on 15th of august, 1987 and it was our biggest achievement and after that our 2 nd biggest
achievement was that our constitution formed on 26th of nov 1949, the constitution assembly of india adopted it,
which came into effect from 26th of jan 1950. After that we never stopped and looked back. We achieved global
identification and our biggest worldwide achievement are ISRO, YOGA and many more.

Next, we have something quite special-a mime act that will speak without words. Sometimes, silence can convey
emotions far more powerfully than words ever can.

Bamboo Dance of Nagaland and creative kolattam and bharatnatyam from tamil nadu, Get ready to experience the

Yeh rangin safar arambh hoga Rajasthan ke Ghoomar se aur humein le jayega Punjab, Odisha. Tamil Nadu, aur bhi

Our first stop is the royal land of Rajasthan, where the Ghoomar dance is performed with grace and elegance. This
dance is a celebration of the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan, where women twirl in colorful attire to the beats of
traditional music.

Ghoomar nritya apne rang aur saundarya se sabko moh leta hai. Yeh nritya Rajasthan ki virasat ko zinda rakhta hai.
Toh, aayiye, dekhite hai hmare kaksha satvi (7th) ke vidyarthiyon ko prasidha nritya ghoomar karte hue…!!!!

Odisha is our neighbour state. It is the state where the Sambhalpuri dance brings life to the folk traditions and
rhythms of the land. It’s a lively, energetic dance that celebrates the joy of community and culture.

Ab hum Odisha ki taraf badhenge, jahan Sambhalpuri nritya humein prakriti aur samaj ki ekta se milata hai. Yeh
nritya utsah aur umang ka prateek hai. Toh, chaliye dekhte hain Sambhalpuri ke rangon ko. Now I would like to
invite students of class 8th with their sambhalpuri dance.let’s welcome them and boost up the spirit by giving them
a big round of applause.

Wow..! such a superb dance truly for few seconds I believed that I am in Punjab. I am proud of being an indian
citizen where we can feel diverse cultures and heritage. I hope our audience are also enjoying such beautiful

Yes ofcourse. India is full of diverse cultures let’s explore more. From Punjab, we now will travel to the northeastern
state of Nagaland, where the Bamboo Dance is performed. With skillful coordination, dancers weave through
rhythmic bamboo poles, creating a captivating performance.

Nagaland ke Bamboo Dance ki baat hi kuch aur hai. Yeh nritya bamboo poles ke beech mein coordinated moves ke
saath hota hai, jisme precision aur dhyan ki zaroorat hoti hai. Chaliye, dekhte hain class 11 th ke is zabardast
performance ko!

trip to Tamil Nadu for the traditional Kolattam,dance & bharatnatyam. kolattam , a stick dance, performed with
rhythm and precision, celebrates unity and tradition and Bharatnatyam a dance which is knownfor elegant
gestures and beautiful movements, dono hi nritya na keval saundrarya ka balki adhyatmik bhavnao ka prateek bhi
hai

Yeh dances humari ekta aur parampara ka prateek hai. both are vibrant South Indian folk dance from Tamil Nadu,
where in kollattam, dancers rhythmically strike sticks in synchronized patterns, symbolizing community unity and
celebrated during festivals like Pongal and Navaratri. and bharatnatyam is known for its Sintricate footwork, elegant
hand gestures, and deep spiritual connection. originated in tamil nadu.

chaliye dekhte hai kollattam aur bharatnatyam ka anokhe sangrah ki khubsoorti jo ki 12vi ke vidyarthi prastut
karenge, sabhi se nivedan hai, taliyon se swagat kare inka.

we are now going to witness something truly special now. a dance that is rich in history and culture as land it
comes from- the beutiful valley of kashmir valley from the vibrant hues of the flowers in the valley to the tranquil
snow- capped peaks, this dance captures soul of kashmir.

kashmir, jahan parvat hai nadiya hai jharne hai khubsoorat vadiya hai, jise prithvi ka swarg bhi kaha jata hai, joki
bharat ke nakshe mein taaj jaisa hai, jis taaj ko atankwado, pakistan aur china ne todne ki koshish ki hai, jahan ke
naagrik hi surakshit nahi hai magar humare jawan bhi datkar muhtod jawab dete hai jaan ki baazi lagate hai, tabhi
waha ke log bhi utsah se apni sanskriti ka pradarshan kar pate hai, toh usi sanskriti ke nritya ko apsabke samne
prastut karne ke lye mai bulana chahunga 9vi 10vi aur 11vi ke chhatraon ko, toh taliyon se swagat kariye inka.
