Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have been unwell
recently and consulted a doctor. After the checkup, I have been diagnosed with
[Enteric fever], and the doctor has prescribed bed rest for [07] days, starting from
[21-09-2024] to [27-09-2024].

I kindly request you to grant me medical leave for the prescribed period to ensure
my full recovery. I have attached the doctor’s medical certificate for your
reference.
