Full Stack Engineer - Entry Level - Job Description
In this role, you'll be building software solutions and crafting exceptional user experiences.
At Think41, we embrace full-stack engineering, meaning you'll learn to develop software
end-to-end—from infrastructure and servers to client interfaces.
Your journey will start with our “Boot41” program, a month-long intensive designed to get
you up to speed on modern software engineering practices and the AI tooling ecosystem. By
the end of it, you'll be a confident full-stack engineer, ready to tackle any tech challenge
that comes your way.
Responsibilities:
Work across technology languages and stacks to build modern software solutions &
user experiences
Learn to effectively use AI tools across the software development lifecycle for high
quality, best practices, tested and well-documented code
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI & LLM research, tooling products &
agents and suggest and utilise them in day-to-day work
Collaborate effectively with teammates across different disciplines
Continuously learn and grow your technical skill set
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (with a strong foundation in
mathematics and programming)
A demonstrably strong interest in AI and machine learning
Familiarity with at least one programming language and eagerness to learn more
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
