Greetings!

As part of the School’s Project / program / Activities – ___________ the

_________________ will be conducting and spearheading an Educational Tour
that aims to expose learners to different historical places, people and era
that will broaden their understanding and to look back at our history and
to enhance and develop their nationalistic aspect by visiting historical
places, observing venues that offer socio cultural values and awareness.

In lieu of this, the undersigned would like to ask your office permission
and approval to conduct this educational field trip on ________________).
Guided by the rules set for Policy on Educational Field Trips under DepEd
Order Nos. 52 s 2003 (supplemental to DECS order No. 56, 2001 and
DepEd Order No. 51, 2002). Further, the provisions on DepEd Order 9, S
2005 (Time of Task) and DepEd Order No. 41, S 41 2012 will be strictly
observed.

Itineraries are as follows:

1. Museo ng Katipunan-- The Museo ng Katipunan features the story of

Bonifacio’s secret society, the Katipunan, and visually narrates Philippine
Revolution through significant artifacts: Archival documents, amulets,
cryptic messages, and bladed weapons used by Katipuneros.

2. El Deposito Museum- It is a history museum in the city of San Juan in

Metro Manila, Philippines, which features the Carriedo water system,
including the El Deposito underwater reservoir.

3. Mind Museum- It is the first-world-class science museum in the

Philippines. With a 5,000-square-meter exhibition space filled with over

250 different interactive exhibits, this museum is the place to be for all
science enthusiasts, both children and adults.
4. Venice Grad Canal – Entertain center where skills on socialization can
be develop.

5. Star City – Amusement center for students to display and learn the
values of patience, kindness, and sportsmanship.

In addition to visiting the above-mentioned areas, learners are expected

to look back at the different historical events in our history and to remind
our learners of the importance of visiting historical places and to
appreciate its contributions to our history and to our country.

The said project will be on a voluntary basis with parental consent duly
signed by parents of the participating students.
