Introduction to Binary Options
Binary Options are also called all-or-nothing options. Whilst trading binary options a trader has
two positions to decide i.e. will the value of an asset appreciate or will it go down over a set
period of time? Depending on the outcome of the trade the payout is a predetermined
percentage or nothing.
For Example, if a trader anticipates that the value of gold will appreciate in a given period of
time, and is correct, then he profits a fixed amount. If the value of gold drops however, the
trader loses the entire amount of the investment. It does not matter if the asset exceeds the
original price, the strike price, by $1 or $100: the payout is the same.
Two possible outcomes when trading options make it simpler to trade. Apart from being
simpler than traditional investment, binary options are shorter term, sometimes as quick as just
60 seconds, allowing for repeated trade and successes. Furthermore it enables investors to
take advantage of both bull (upwards) and bear (downwards) market trends.
Trading itself is simple. Once you’ve opened your account, go to the trading platform. Select the
asset you wish to trade, the expiry time, whether the value will go up (Call option) or down (Put
option), and then enter the amount you wish to invest. You are in control of your investment at
every stage. At the expiry time, the set payout will be automatically added to your account if
you traded successfully, or the investment amount deducted if not.

BinaryTraderPro Profit Enhancer is a set of indicators that help to analyze price direction, when
deployed over meta trader 4 platform. The indicator analyzes multiple financial instruments,
using advanced trend analysis formula. The indicator then draws different lines and graphs over
the chart and gives indications of future price movement.
In order to run the Indicator you need to install MetaTrader 4 Platform, and copy Indicator files
to the platform directory. Then attach the BinaryTraderPro Indicator to the currency chart, for
each corresponding option that you want to trade on your options broker account. Please note
that the indicator only provides signals and recommendations for trading binary options. You
need to open a separate account with a Binary Options broker, in order to execute trades.
Meta Trader 4 Platform Installation
In order to run the signals you need to download and install the meta trader 4
platform. You can create a demo account and trade on a demo account prior to
moving to a real live account.
Step 1:
Go to any of the broker websites which offer Meta Trader 4 Platform. In this
particular example we will open a demo account with Alpari UK. Type
http://www.alpari.co.uk/ into your web browser; hit enter and when the website
opens click “Free Demo Account” on top header of the website.
Step 2:
Select MetaTrader 4 and fill the remaining form then click submit.
Step 3:
Open the Email from Alpari with demo user id and password. Click “download and
install MT4” link.
How To Install BinaryTraderPro EA
Once you have installed MetaTrader 4 platform you then need to copy paste
BinaryTraderPro indicator files to the platform directly. Also check that you have
not installed multiple instances of the same platform.
Step 1:
From the members’ area download “BinaryTraderPro_manual.zip” file, by right
clicking the link and then save as.
Step 2:
Right click “BinaryTraderPro_manual.zip” file and from the menu click extract
here, three additional files will be created:
BinaryTraderPro_Ind1.ex4 , BinaryTraderPro_indi2.ex4 and BinaryTraderPro.tpl
Step 2:
Locate your Meta Trader 4 Platform directory.
Copy the files: (BinaryTraderPro_indi1.ex4) and (BinaryTraderPro_indi2) to your
MetaTrader/experts folder/indicator folder.
Copy The file: (BinaryTraderPro.tpl) to your MetaTrader/template/ directory.
In some cases the directory for MetaTrader directory could be “C:\Program
Files\MetaTrader - Alpari\experts”
Remember to restart your platform when you have copied the files to the
platform directories. After the files are copied correctly you will see the
BinaryTraderPro_indi1 and BinaryTraderPro_indi2 Icon under Custom Indicator in
navigator panel.
Trading Using BinaryTraderPro
Once you have installed the BinaryTraderPro indicators and template you then need to open
the platform, chart and right click, select BinaryTraderPro Template. Lets say you want to trade
EURUSD binary option on your Binary Option trading platform, you will instead open EURUSD
15 Minutes chart on MetaTrader 4 platform and Select the BinaryTraderPro Template to the
Chart (as shown in the diagram below). The signal you get using MetaTrader 4 would be used to
trade the binary option over an options trading platform.
Once you select the template to the Chart you will see Binary Option indicators, (as shown in the
diagram below)
The black indicator shows volatility peeks and price extremes, whereas the colored bars shows bearish
or bullish trend.
BinaryTraderPro Example
The black band indicator shows volatility peaks and price extremes, these could also be
considered as reversal points. Once the price hits these points there is high possibility that the
price will reverse.
Whereas, the colored bars show bearish or bullish trend. When a new trend starts we will look
to enter a new option trade, as it would be expected to continue.
So in the example above once the price hits or crosses the upper black band, reverse and a
clear red trend forms then we place Put option trade.

Money Management
Money management is one of the most important aspects of trading and is also the most overlooked
aspect of trading. Money Management rules help protect our equity and also generate long-term
profitability. Trading without sensible money management rules is like playing Russian roulette.
No trading strategy will produce optimum results unless sound money management rules are
incorporated and followed.
One of the cardinal and most desecrated rules of trading is that traders can lose a substantial amount of
their account equity in one single trade by taking too much risk. You will find hundreds of stories about
traders who lose years of profits on a single trade that goes terribly wrong. This is the chief reason the
2% stop-loss rule should not be violated.
Never risk more than 2% of your available equity on a single trade. So for example if you account equity
is $1000 never risk more then $20 or trade option with value less than $20.
Most traders believe frequent trading means more profit; overtrading means too many trades at a time,
thus increasing your exposure to the market.
Increase your risk depending on the percentage strength (shown by bars) of the BinaryTraderPro EA. So
for 2 bars you can risk $10 and 20 for 4 bars. Thus you invest more with high outcome trades increasing
your overall expectancy.
