Phase 5 will consist of 192 single family detached homes
and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

The completed application form is to be submitted to us
ALONG with the required documents listed on PAGE 2.
Please ensure to gather all your documents to be submitted via the
email portal, as incomplete applications will not be considered.
The email portal
[email protected] will open at
9am on Friday, March 31st, 2023, and will remain open
until all 192 Lots in Phase 5 are applied for. Please note
that applications submitted before this date and time will
be rejected as the email portal will not be open.
Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email within three
weeks. A sales agent will contact you to assist with selecting a lot and
you will then be provided with instructions for payment of deposit
and closing cost.
Applications coming to the email portal will have a date and time
stamp and this is what we will use to assign the order of choosing
lots.
Please be reminded that if you have shared the information with
those not on the Phase 5 list you will have wasted their time as
those applications will not be considered.
Please see below the documents that you will need to have in order
to submit your online application.
The application and launch details are being sent to those on the
Phase5 List only. If you share this email with persons who are
not on the list, we reserve the right to disqualify your application
for a Phase 5 purchase.

The Phase 5 application form is available ABOVE.
1. All Applicants MUST complete the Application Form. (HAND WRITTEN
FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
2. In the case of 2 or more Applicants, select the Tenancy then date and sign.
3. All Applicants must sign to our cancellation clause at the end of page 2 of
the form.
4. A lot number is not required on the application form as lots will be
selected in the order of when the application came in.
This form must be filled out online, saved, printed, signed and
scanned, in order to be submitted through the online process.
