INTRODUCTION
This document details the key features that are incorporated in the Vehicle Parking Booking Tool, a new
application developed for employees to book their parking slots when they visit the WSP offices in India (Film
City Noida, MFAR Bengaluru and M2 Bengaluru).
This application serves as the medium for WSP employees to book parking slots for their vehicles (Car / Two-
wheeler). There are two types of users of the application: Admin and Employee. The Admin user is typically
someone from Premises & Administration (P&A) and the Employee will be a regular full-time employee of WSP
India. Each user is served by different interfaces in the application and can follow their respective guide to get
an idea of the application.
This process will be applicable from 7th Nov 2022. All 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler users are expected to show their
e-mail confirmation to the main gate security to avail their parking slots.
CAR PARKING USER GUIDE FOR EMPLOYEES
The user steps elaborate the working of the application for the end user, who is a regular full-time employee of
WSP. A registered car parking user will have access to the car parking page which allows them to book a car
parking slot for their vehicles.
For booking their parking slots, the user needs to follow the steps mentioned below:
REGISTERING FOR CAR PARKING
For car users to be able to book their car parking slots, they must be registered first by the admin under any of
the following parking categories:
• Seniority Based – Employees who fall in the category of senior management. (Please contact P&A to
understand eligibility for this criteria).
• Headcount Based – Employees who have parking slots in proportion to the headcount of their iCRCs
• Car Pooling Based – Employees who have opted for car pooling and intend to drive into the office with
other employees
• Specially abled – Employees who are specially abled and therefore require special assistance. (Please
contact P&A to understand eligibility for this criteria).
• Visitors – People who are not WSP India employees and are visiting the WSP offices either as an expat
visitor or a local visitor.
Please contact Ramashraya Sharma ([email protected]), who is the Administrator for registering
WSP employees in the app.
On successful registration, the employee receives an e-mail confirmation that they have been registered as a car
parking user.

BOOKING YOUR CAR PARKING SLOT
The employee once registered by the Administrator under a particular category, will be able to see the car
parking slots in their office. The employee may proceed to book a slot by following the steps described below:
• Each car parking slot is seen as a rectangular button. Green slots indicate availability and the red ones
show the slots which are already booked. Hovering over the red buttons will show the name of the
employee who has booked that slot.
• For booking a car parking slot the employee needs to click on a green button. A pop-up appears for
confirmation. Clicking on “YES” will book the parking slot for the user.
• On clicking OK, the selected car parking slot will appear in blue and will display the text ‘Your Booking’.
Hovering over this slot will show the e-mail ID of the person booking this slot.

• A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the employee that books the slot. The employee is required to
show this e-mail to the building security guard at the entrance of the WSP office building, who will verify
that the employee has booked a parking slot for the current day.
• In case a car user belongs to the car-pooling category, then after clicking on the available button a pop-
up will open to select employees for the pool. Once the user selects the required number of employees
(minimum 3) and click on “Book” then another pop-up will appear asking for booking confirmation,
clicking “YES” will lead to successfully booking a slot .

• In case of car-pooling, confirmation emails are sent to all the employees in the pool.
• An employee will be able to book only one parking spot for the current day. The booking will expire at
8:00 pm and re-open again at 6:00 AM each day
CANCELLING YOUR CAR PARKING SLOT
In Case an employee wishes to cancel their car parking booking, this can be done by following the steps below:
• Click on the blue button representing “You booking”. The name of the booker can be seen by hovering
over the slot.
• A pop-up will appear asking for cancellation confirmation. Click “Yes ” for cancelling you booking
• A confirmation that the booking has been cancelled is shown and an email will be sent indicating the
cancellation

TWO-WHEELER PARKING BOOKING
This form is used for booking two-wheeler parking in the WSP India offices (base location) of the employee.
This form is open to all employees and does not require registration with the Administrator.
When the application is opened either by typing the URL in the browser window or scanning the QR code with
a smart phone, the user is authenticated and will be able to see the two-wheeler parking slots available for their
base office location.
• Each two-wheeler parking slot is seen as a rectangular button. Green slots indicate availability and the
red ones show the slots which are already booked. Hovering over the red buttons will show the name
of the employee who has booked that slot.
• For booking a two-wheeler parking slot, the employee needs to click on one of the green slots. A pop-
up appears for confirmation.
• On clicking OK, the confirmation message pops up. The selected two-wheeler parking slot will appear
in blue and will display the text ‘Your Booking’. Hovering over this slot will show the e-mail ID of the
person booking this slot.

ACCESSING THE APP ON MOBILE DEVICES
LOGIN PROCESS
• To access the application user can either scan the QR code below or simply type this URL in your
mobile browser window - https://bit.ly/3TlJUjP
• A Microsoft authentication page will appear asking you to sign in. Enter your Microsoft 365
organizational credentials to proceed further.
• Multi-factor authentication will require you to verify your identify by specifying the OTP received on
your mobile device.

• On successful authentication using the OTP, the landing page of the Vehicle Parking Booking tool will
appear on your mobile browser.s

• The steps to book or cancel your vehicle parking slot on the mobile device is the same as for the
browser.
ADDING THE APP TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE HOME SCREEN
For easy and quick access to the parking tool, the user can add the link shortcut to their mobile home screen
by following the steps below:
IOS DEVICES
1. Open the car parking booking app in the Safari browser of your iOS device, by following the steps
listed in the section ‘USER STEPS FOR MOBILE’. Please note that this app does not work on
Chrome brower installed on iOS devices.
2. Tap the icon at the bottom of the screen to open a drop-down menu.
3. Tap “Add to Home Screen.” The Add to Home dialog box will appear, with the icon that will be
used for this website on the left side of the dialog box.

4. Enter the name for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap “Add.” Safari will close
automatically, and you will be taken to your home screen where the icon is located on your iPad or
iPhone’s desktop.
ANDROID DEVICES
1. Open the car parking booking app in the Chrome browser of your Android device, by following
the steps listed in the section ‘USER STEPS FOR MOBILE’.
2. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.
3. Enter a name for the shortcut and Chrome will add this to your home screen.
