To Whom It May Concern,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Camelle C. Francisco, a student from
CRIM1-A, and I am writing to formally inform you of my absence from class on January 9, 2024,
due to health conditions. I have been experiencing symptoms related to my ulcer, which require rest
and to ensure recovery.

I deeply apologize for any inconvenience my absence may cause, especially in regard to any
scheduled quizzes, activities, or class discussions. I kindly request your understanding and
consideration to allow me to take any missed assessments or participate in make-up activities at a
later date, if possible. I assure you of my commitment to catching up on all missed lessons and
