As we know modern technology can help us in many aspects of life such as working from home . Working from home
make people to work whenever they want . They don’t need to go to an office to work that can help them fell relax .
However , working from home have both pros and cons .
WORK REMOTELY
HOWEVER, SOME PEOPLE BELIEVE THAT WORKING FROM HOME COULD BRING SOME NEGATIVE IMPACTS. IN THIS
ESSAY, I WILL EXPLAIN THESE PROS AND CONS FROM WORKING REMOTE
ADVANTAGE = BENEFIT = MERIT = STRONG POINT = PROS = POSITIVE ASPECT
DISADVANTAGE = DRAWBACK = DOWNFALL = SHORTCOMING = WEAK POINT = CONS
About the advantages . the people can be flexible to work . They can work when they have free time . They also can
work when they want because they are not supervised by any supervisor . in addition that they can do other things in
the time they work and their boss cannot critic or even fire them .
But working from home also have drawback . It can make the efficiency decrease because the employmee doesn’t follow
the rule in the company .And if they work when they do another things , they can get a mistake in their job . It can make
the lost about the information , the profit and so on . Moreover, They can cross MEET the deadline and make all of the
process delayed . For example, when your boss give you some tasks that you need to finish immediately .But in that time
, you have your personnal work at home and cannot finish tasks . The other department need your result to do next step
of the process . And they cannot receive your result ,so they cannot do anything . Step by step , the hold WHOLE process
will be delayed .
Inconclusion , Working from home is good if the employees know how to work and all of them need to follow the rule of
the company . Otherwise , They can make their work become worse .
ADVANTAGES:
- FLEXIBLE -> CHANGE WORKING HOUR
- SAVE MONEY -> TRAVELLING COST -> FUEL
- PROTECT OUR HEALTH -> TAKE THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC AS AN EXAMPLE -> POSTPONE
DISADVANTAGES:
- NOT EFFECTIVE -> DISTRACTED BY SO MANY THINGS
- LOSE THE CONNECTION BETWEEN ALL EMPLOYEES -> TEAMWORK
