ChatGPT to generate desired outputs, such as text, images, or code. It involves

engineering, AI prompting is an accessible skill anyone can quickly learn and use.
This course equips you with essential AI prompting capabilities, focusing on OpenAI's
ChatGPT, to enhance productivity and prepare you for future technological
advancements.
The course
This 5-week course equips you with essential AI prompting skills using ChatGPT to
enhance content creation, data analysis and visualization, and workflow
optimization. Taught by industry experts, you will engage in practical exercises to
develop and apply a professional AI toolkit, creating custom GPTs and integrating AI
strategies into your business processes. By course end, you'll master prompt
refinement to drive significant workplace impact and innovation.
AI PROMPTING PLAYBOOK
You’ll reinforce your learning by creating an AI Prompting Playbook that can be a
resource for you during and after the course. Through hands-on activities, you will
practice leveraging AI prompting to solve real-world use cases, guided by industry
experts, using the latest strategies, techniques, and tools. Your AI Prompting Playbook
includes leveraging AI prompting to make an effective project plan, create a
marketing plan and assets, analyze data, generate a presentation from strategy
documents, and create a custom GPT. After the course, these projects serve as a
portfolio of work you can share with employers and refer back to during your career.

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
You’ll get hands-on experience working with OpenAI’s ChatGPT 4 on numerous AI
prompting use cases, so you’ll be familiar with how to optimize ChatGPT 4 for specific
work tasks and outcomes.

PREREQUISITES

REQUIREMENTS
ChatGPT Plus will be required to complete the course. It will be provided to learners
for the duration of the course.
YOUR TIME
You should expect to spend six to eight hours per week engaging with on-demand
content created by industry experts, including hands-on activities and assignments
in the online learning management system (LMS).
Additionally, you can attend an optional (but recommended) two-hour weekly
live/online group sessions and engage in real-time with peers, experts, and mentors.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do each week:

FUNDAMENTALS
Module 1: AI Prompting Essentials
Learners will orient to an AI prompting mindset, emphasizing an AI-first approach to work,
including curiosity, goal orientation, and an understanding of AI limitations. Learners will
identify and refine AI prompting skills with ChatGPT to produce and refine quality results and
end by solving a business problem using their newfound skills.
○ Identify the AI prompting mindset, strategies, and frameworks to get the most out of
your prompts
○ Practice creating, evaluating, and refining AI prompts to generate high-value output
○ Apply advanced features and personalization
Playbook Project: Create a project plan to launch a start-up’s new product, from the initial
market research phase to the product launch using ChatGPT
Module 2: Creative Content Generation
Learners will use ChatGPT to expedite content creation, leveraging a data-driven approach to
create positioning documents, a marketing strategy and related assets and visuals, all in a
specific brand and tone. Learners will also learn how to customize and personalize common
business documents such as reports and proposals.
○ Identify opportunities to use ChatGPT for positioning and marketing tasks
○ Analyze audience data to align content with user needs and brand goals
○ Craft an AI-driven marketing campaign
○ Create personalized content, including emails, blog posts, social media content,
images, and translated content to drive maximum engagement

Module 3: Data Analysis & Visualization
Learners will use AI prompting with ChatGPT to summarize data, generate charts, and identify
trends from complex datasets. Learners will pull together information in a way that is
digestible and presentation-ready.

Module 4: Optimize Your Professional Toolkit with AI Prompting
Learners will leverage ChatGPT to round out their professional competencies such as
productivity optimization, decision-making, and communication through strategic AI
prompting.

research, and presentations

Learners will integrate ChatGPT into their existing workflows, leveraging AI prompting to create
their own prompt libraries and custom GPTs. This module uses prompting techniques to help
learners drive optimization and innovation across their companies, develop strategies for
integrating AI into business processes, and optimize team efficiency.
