PROMISSORY NOTE

June 19, 2024

To whom it may concern,

This is to express in writing my inability to pay on time the amount due for the tuition
fees for my first semester, amounting to P10,000.00. I promise to pay the said amount in my
second year together with my monthly due.

In view of this, I am respectfully asking for the approval of your good office,
allowing me to pay for my first semester despite the late date. I have no other recourse but to ask
you for understanding, as I am a working student paying for my own tuition.

Furthermore, the undersigned mother is fully aware that subsequent promissory notes
shall not be accepted without settling my current due amount.

I hereby affix my signature to this agreement. Thank you for your kind consideration.
