To add a watermark in Microsoft Word, you can select Watermark from the
Design tab. You can choose a pre-configured watermark or create a custom
watermark.
Pre-configured watermarks
Select Watermark from the Design tab
Choose a pre-configured watermark, such as DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL,
or DO NOT COPY
Custom watermarks
Select Watermark from the Design tab
Select Custom Watermark
Choose Picture Watermark to add an image or Text Watermark to add
text
Select a picture or type your text in the Text box
Click OK
