---------------------------------- RAID ATTENDANCE

---------------------------------- The scheduled raid time is 17 ST, and the official
duration of the raid is 3 hours. Always be on time for raids, at least 10
minutes before the scheduled raid time is advised. Everybody who
participate in a scheduled guild raid are expected to be connected, present
and available in our 25 man raid voice channel at all time during the guild
raid, if anybody is prevented to do so, then it is expected that an Officer/Raid
Leader is informed about it (valid reason expected). Applying for ICC 25
Heroic is mandatory and is done via in-game calendar, the deadline to apply
is 1 hour before the scheduled raid time (16:00ST). After 16 ST the event on
the in-game calendar will be locked, if you were late with signing up, contact
any Raid Leader/Officer either in-game or on Discord which is online at that
moment. If you apply for the raid and your spot has been confirmed and you
don't show up you will lose 100 DKP, the DKP can be given back if you
present a valid excuse afterwards. If you apply for the raid and remove
yourself from the in-game calendar after 16 ST without informing a Raid
Leader/Officer about it, you will lose 100 DKP, the DKP can be given back if
you present a valid excuse afterwards. If you save one of the characters to
pug runs or to another guild run and you offered that character to our guild
runs before you joined the guild, you will lose 100 dkp, to avoid things such
like this it means you have to DM one of the raid leaders or officers and tell
what chars you saved to pug runs or another guild runs so we know on what
character to put you once we make the list for the RS and ICC. If you need to
leave the raid before its usual ending time which is around 20 ST, please
inform a Raid Leader / Officer which will be in that raid before 17 ST.(edited)

-------------------------- DKP SYSTEM -------------------------- Every boss in a

scheduled ICC/RS/ToGC 25 raid awards 10 DKP + 5 DKP if nobody dies during
the encounter, Lich King and Halion 25 Heroic have different awards, the
award for them is 100 DKP + 100 DKP if killed on the 1st attempt. Additional
DKP can be awarded during any guild raid as bonus DKP. If you join ICC 25
Heroic as a replacement i.e. take the raid ID, you will earn 50% of the total
raid DKP gained until that point. In a scheduled guild raid, precisely ICC/RS
25 Heroic, every player must meet the following requirements for his
character, else, the player will face a DKP deduction as follows: ⦁ the player
must have the best available enchants and epic gems on every piece of
gear, if anything is missing the player will face a 50 DKP deduction in RS
25HC, and a 100 DKP deduction in ICC 25HC (200 DKP if 6/12 bosses killed) ⦁
the player must use a flask for every boss pull (50 DKP deduction if
repeatedly warned about it) ⦁ resilience gear, gems and enchants are not
allowed. In a scheduled guild raid, precisely ICC/RS 25 Heroic, the player can
face one of the following DKP deductions: ⦁ if a player leaves the raid without
saying anything or does not stay for the whole raid while not informing an
Officer about it before the raid, he will lose all the DKP earned in that raid ⦁ if
a player misplays during a boss fight due to a personal mistake, he will face
a deduction of 100 DKP ⦁ if a player misplays in a way where he is the main
cause for a raid wipe, he will face a deduction of 300 DKP(edited)

---------------------------- LOOT SYSTEM ---------------------------- Biding for

loot is allowed only wih one character, unless it is one of the following
situations: ⦁ nobody else in the raid wants to bid on that piece of loot ⦁ the
player was forced to change his character due to the raid composition (will
not apply if the player was simply asked to swap from a "low" geared
character) DKP biding is used for the following loot the rest will be done via
/roll ⦁ ICC 25 Normal/Heroic + Invincible's Reins ⦁ RS 25 Normal/Heroic ⦁
ToGC 25 - trinket iLevel 258 + back iLevel 272 ⦁ Ulduar 25 - Mimiron's Head
The starting minimum bid and the minimum difference between bids is
10DKP, but at certain DKP amounts the minimum difference between bids
will change as follows. ⦁ After 100DKP the min. difference between bids must
be at least 50DKP ⦁ After 500DKP the min. difference between bids must be
at least 100DKP Any player is allowed to go all-in at any point, even if the
DKP difference between the current DKP amount and his all-in bid wouldn't
meet the prescribed minimum bid difference. Priorities over tank/healer
trinkets has people who actually either healed or was tanking already RS or
ICC on the characters they play with. Players with the Trial rank can bid if
nobody of higher rank bids, in case of loot at iLevel 264/271 the rule will not
apply. Shadowfrost Shards and Fragments of Val'anyr are given to the player
in the current raid which was selected by the Guild Leadership. The Raid
Leader is allowed to use the power of loot council if he thinks that the
distribution of loot is being handled in an unfair way or that a certain player
should have higher priority.(edited)

------------------------ MAIN SPEC ------------------------ At the start of the

raid you are allowed to type a MS change in the # main-spec text

channel, that MS change is then treated as your main spec. Once the 1st
boss which drops loot is killed, the decision can't be changed anymore, if you

don't type a MS change in the # main-spec text channel, then the spec
with which you were put in the raid composition is treated as your main
spec. The following MS changes are accepted! ⦁ If a player wants to bid for a
spec which is different from the spec with which he was put in the raid
composition, he must write it as MS "name of the spec". ⦁ If a player doesn't
type any MS change, he is not allowed to bid on tokens if he already owns a
tier 10 sanctified heroic 2set/4set/5set (dependent on spec) for his main
spec. ⦁ If a player wants to bid for an item which is not considered "overall
BiS" or he already has the considered "overall BiS" item for the certain item
slot, he must write it as MS "name of item". ⦁ If a player needs items he
already owns for the spec he is currently playing due to different
gems/enchants, he must write it as MS 2nd set "spec" + valid reason (PvE) or
MS PvP (PvP).(edited)

---------------------------- RANK SYSTEM ---------------------------- Ranks are

not permanent, whenever you keep the rank, earn a promotion or get
demoted, will solely dependent on your performance, activity, contribution,

behavior and loyalty. 1. Guild Master ⦁ 2. Officer ⦁ responsible for the

complete management of <Courage> 3. Raid Leader ⦁ in charge of
everything that involves Courage's PvE raid content 4. Veteran ⦁ have
priority for raids over any other ranks below + can be promoted as Raid
Leader especially at the point if same member under this rank
communicating with others on discord and in-game. 5. Core Raider ⦁ they
consistently do not stand in avoidable damage. They rarely get the
mechanics of an encounter wrong. ⦁ a chance to be promoted to a Raid
Leader, must be approved by every Officer 6. Raider ⦁ A special forces
operative; a commando. 7. Member ⦁ allowed to have multiple characters in
the guild 8. Trial ⦁ allowed to have only one character in the guild i.e. the
main character ⦁ allowed to join a guild raid with a character outside of the
guild ⦁ will be removed from the guild if offline for more than 7 days or by
not showing significant raid activity 9. Alt ⦁ there is no limit to the amount of
Alt characters a players wants to bring to the guild 10. Inactive ⦁ the player
is not expected to show up for raids and therefore will not be considered in
the raid composition ⦁ the player is able to join the raid to help out and will
receive DKP as everybody else, but is not allowed to recieve loot unless
nobody else of a different rank needs it ⦁ the player must contact an Officer
if he wants his old rank to be given back Players will be demoted to Inactive
in the following scenarios: ⦁ the rank is requested by the player ⦁ not
showing significant raid activity in the period of one month ⦁ offline for more
than 15 days(edited)

----------------------- BEHAVIOR ----------------------- Everyone in the guild
should respect each other or at least try to do so, there is no room in
<Courage> for any form of violence or harassment, fighting with each other
to the point where it affects others in the guild or the guild itself will not be
tolerated, if you don't like somebody in the guild just keep the opinion for
yourself rather don't take it out on somebody. If you encounter any problem
of this kind then first try to resolve them yourself please, if there really is no
other way then contact an Officer about the problem, and we will try to find
the best solution to it. Keep in mind that when you are in a pug raid either
leading it or only playing in one, you are representing the whole guild with
your actions, making bad guild reputation is prohibited and will lead to
certain measurements towards the player which is for the Officers to
decide. Since we are a international guild it is mandatory to speak and
write in English language only, any other language except English is
considered a foreign language. Speaking in a foreign language on Courage's
guild chat and during a guild raid on the raid/party/say chat is forbidden, if
the player insists on breaking this rule he will face a deduction of 100 DKP,
the DKP deduction will be doubled every time the player decides to break
this rule again. Speaking in a foreign language on Courage's guild discord
in any of the available text-channels and in any of the PVE category voice-
channels while in a guild raid or listening to a guild raid is forbidden, if the
player insists on breaking this rule he will be muted from either speaking or
writing on discord for a certain period of time.(edited)
