Anthony. Puro aral, puro bahay.
Anthony: Eh, ano bang gusto mong gawin?
maayos.
Lance: (Scoffs) Ang daming rules! Ang hirap
naman.
Anthony: Hindi naman. It’s just about being
respectful and considerate.
(Marie and Emma approach the bench,
giggling.)
Marie: Hi guys!
Emma: Hi Lance, hi Anthony.
Lance: (Smiling) Hi Marie, hi Emma.
Anthony: (Nudging Lance) See?
(Lance looks at Anthony, confused.)
Marie: We’re going to the mall later. Want to
come?
Lance: Sure!
Emma: (To Anthony) You coming?
Anthony: Maybe later. I have some things to do.

(Marie and Lance walk away, leaving Anthony

and Emma on the bench.)
Emma: (Smiling) He’s trying, isn’t he?
Anthony: (Nodding) He’s got a lot to learn, but
he’s got good intentions.
Scene 2:
(The girls are at the mall, browsing through
clothes.)
Marie: (Holding up a dress) Oh my gosh, this is so
cute!
Leza: (Looking at Marie’s dress) It’s nice, but it’s
too revealing for my taste.
Sheyn: (Whispering) I wish I could wear
something like that, but I’m too shy.
Alexa: (Smiling) Don’t be shy, Sheyn. Confidence
is key.
Grace: (Looking at a rack of shirts) I think I’ll get
this one for my mom. She’ll love it.
Ethel: (Running around the store) I’m so bored!
Let’s go get some ice cream.
(The girls laugh and follow Ethel.)
(Lance and Anthony arrive at the mall,
looking for the girls.)
Lance: (Spotting Marie) There they are!
(Lance walks towards Marie, but Anthony
stops him.)
Anthony: Hold on, Lance. You need to be more
respectful. Don’t just barge in.
Lance: (Sighing) Fine.
(Anthony approaches Marie and Emma.)
Anthony: Hi girls.
Marie: Hi Anthony!
Emma: Hi.
Anthony: (To Lance) Go on, say hi.
Lance: (Nervously) Hi Marie. Hi Emma.
(Marie and Emma smile at Lance.)
Lance: (To Marie) You look nice.
Sarah: (Blushing) Thanks.
(Anthony and Lance join the girls for ice
cream.)
Scene 3:
(The group is at a party, dancing and
laughing.)
Lance: (Dancing with Marie) This is fun!
Marie: (Laughing) I told you you’d enjoy it.
Lance: (Looking at Anthony) Thanks for pushing
me to come.
Anthony: (Smiling) No problem. It’s good to see
you having fun.
(Emma is talking to Leza and Sheyn.)

Emma: I’m glad we all came together. It’s nice to

have a good time with friends.
Leza: (Nodding) I agree. It’s important to have
fun, but it’s also important to be respectful of
others.
Sheyn: (Looking at Alexa) I wish I had her
confidence.
Alexa: (Smiling) It takes time, Sheyn. Just be
yourself and you’ll be fine.
(Grace is helping Ethel with her dance
moves.)
Grace: (Laughing) You’re so clumsy!
Ethel: (Giggling) I’m trying!

Scene 4:

(The group is back at the park bench,

reflecting on the night.)
Lance: (Smiling) That was amazing! I had so
much fun.
Anthony: (Nodding) I’m glad you did.
Marie: It was a great party. I’m glad we all got to
hang out.

Sheyn: (Whispering) I had a good time too.
Alexa: (Looking at Lance) You’re getting better at
this whole social thing.
