Saibya, your ultimate companion on the journey to holistic health and wellness. Saibya isn't just a
fitness app; it's your personal health companion designed to support your mental and physical
well-being every step of the way. With features ranging from tracking physical activities and
nutrition to monitoring, mental wellness and even sexual activity; seamlessly integrating tracking
with AI-driven insights and personalized recommendations; Saibya goes above and beyond to
cater to all aspects of your health journey.
My Research Process:
Design Process:
For the overall design process, I choose Double Diamond Method based on the project
requirement, ensuring a complete user-centric design.
Research Methodology
For the UX Case Study, a comprehensive research methodology was employed, combining both
quantitative and qualitative analysis. Surveys were utilized to gather quantitative data, while
scraping competitor app comments and employing sentiment analysis constituted the qualitative
aspect of the research.
Quantitative Analysis:
Surveys were conducted to collect user responses, encompassing demographic information such
as age, gender, and allergies, as well as their previous experience with fitness apps, preferences,
and concerns regarding health. This data provided quantitative insights into the user base and
their needs.
Qualitative Analysis:
Data from competitors' app was scraped from the comments section and then analyzed for
sentiment using sentiment analysis AI models, to identify negative feedback. These negative
feedbacks were then clustered using k-means. Later, another model was employed to summarize
these clusters, and further qualitative analysis was conducted to identify common pain points and
user concerns. This qualitative approach helped uncover nuanced insights into user experiences
and preferences.
Quantitative Data
The Survey Data includes: 124 Students (58 Engineering & 66 Medical), 42 Working Class
individuals, 7 House Wives, 14 active gym members, 19 random people; totaling about 206 data
collection.
The data, when evaluated, was about 79.6% valid and reliable. After rectifying null and invalid data,
the final actionable data was about 164.

Impact–Effort Matrix:
An impact–effort matrix is a 2D-visual that plots relative user value against implementation
complexity. Variations of this matrix are used across various product-development approaches,
including Six Sigma, design thinking, and Agile.
Quick wins: include low-effort, high-impact items that are worth pursuing.
Big bets: include high-effort, high-value items; they should be carefully planned and
prototyped, and, if executed, are likely to be differentiators against competitors.
Money pit: includes low-impact, high-effort items that are not worth the business investment;
there are better places to spend time and resources.
Fill-ins: comprise low-effort, low-impact items that may be easy to implement but may not be
worth the effort as their value is minimal.
This matrix helps prioritize features based on their impact and effort required, ensuring
resources are allocated efficiently.
