we are in bajaj group ok.... bajaj is a very large group and we are
working on that... there are so many sector and so many
segement even more than 40 segement are there where we
work on....like example bajaj capital,bajaj security,bajaj
international market,bajaj mutual fund and so on... so basicully
we are in bajaj allianz RPD module and right now we are hiring a
team leader means you all are giving an interview for the team
leader kind of post...
so iss post ko bajaj me RP means retail partner bolte hai or isi
post ko other sector ya other segement me DO means
development officer bhi bola jata hai...
so as you know that you all are giving an interview for the team
leader kind of post so can you explain what should quality to
have a team leader to guide his or her team... and first i
continue with .........
ok jab ye team leader ka quality question complete ho jata
hai uske baad apko situational based question start karna hai
for eg...
1. suppose that you are a team leader and apke team me 20 to
40 employes kaam kar rahe hai and out of them 2 was fighting
each other and aap ye dekhoge ki invidually dono employees ka
jo performence hai bajaj me wo bahut jada better hai or is se
apko bhi benefit ho raha hai..so mai aap se ye puchna chahata
hu ki as a team leader how can you convence/ how can you
shortout there fight...
2. suppose that aap ek shop par ho and apke manager ne apko
bola hai ki for the day apko oopo brand phone hi sellout karna
hai and apke shop par koi customer aate hai or bolte hai ki unko
samsung ka phone chahiye ok... so mai apse ye janana
chahunga ki how can you convence them to purchase oppo
brand phone only...

see guise as you know that ajj total 8 candidates aye the
interview ke liye jin me se maine 3 candidates ko remove kar
diya hai or abb aap 5 candidates ho jis me se 2 ya 3 candidates
ka ajj selection hoga bajaj me or mai ye bata du ki allready is
post ke liye 40 to 50 candidates ka selection ho gya hai or ajj bhi
is interview me candidates ka selection hoga ok..... so jiska bhi
ajj selection hota hai bajaj me unko next 2 gante me mail recive
hoga bajaj ke official mail ID se us mail ID me apka application
number and password mantioned hoga jiske help se app apna
documentation complete karoge thik hai... jab apka
documentation complete ho jata hai uske badd agle 3 ya 4 din
ke badd hi apka training start ho jayega ok.. ye training daily
basis par 8 to 9 working days tak chalega or ye digitally ZOOM
par hoga 2 gante ke liye... abb during training apko bajaj ke bare
me bataya jayega... about taxtation,share market,competitor
about your job role and resposibility every thing ache se apko
bataya jayega ache se training provide ki jayegi or apko bhi ache
se training lena hai ku ki isi training ke basis par apka exam hota
hai jo ki IRDAI conduct karwati hai... abb ye IRDAI kya hota hai
aap ayse samjho jayse ki hamara RBI hota hai ''Reserve Bank of
India'' jo ki pure banking sector ko regulate karti hai samewise
hamra IRDAI hota hai ''insurance regulatory and devlopment
authority of india'' jo ki pure finance sector or jitne bhi hamare
insurance company hai usko regulate karti hai...
ye exam hota bahut easy hai nodoubt isko goverment conduct
karwati hai but hota bahut easy hai... is me apko aysa lagega ki
is exam me other competitive exam ke tarah mathmatics,
GK/GS, reasioning type question aate honge but aysa kuch nahi
hai...is me simple finance based question rahate hai jo ki MCQ
formate me rahate hai or is me 50 question rahate hai 50 marks
ke or negative marks ek bhi nahi rahata hai jin me se apko 18
marks score karna is a mandatory to pass the exam...jab aap is
me 18 marks score kar lete ho so uske baad is exam ko qualify
kar loge or iske liye apko ache se training provide ki jayegi...jab
aap exam qualify kar lete ho uske baad apko IC code milta hai
IRDAI ke taraf se and usko hamlog appoinment letter bhi bolte
hai jab apko ye appoinment letter milta hai so aap ek lincenced
person ho jate ho direct IRDAI ke taraf se...abb ye jinta bhi abhi
tak maine process bataya hai ye sara chiz 15 dino ke andar
complete ho jayega... jayse ki apaka documentation, training,
exam,result,appoinment letter ana ho gya ye sara chiz 15 dino
me complete ho jata hai and isi ko hamlog theoretical training
bhi bolte hai...
aab main apka start hota hai practical training and it's very very
important so aap ache se samjana ki practical training hota kya
hai.... ku ki aap yaha ek retail partner banane aye ho.... ek retail
partner post ke liye apply liye ho so ek retail partner ka jo sara
kaam hota hai jo uska work profile hota hai iss practical training
ke douran apko ache se sikh lena hai.. samjh lena hai ku ki jab
tak aap sikhoge nhi samjhoge nhi tab tak aap apne team ke
bussiness ko grow nhi kar payoge usko lead nhi kar payoge so
iss chiz ko sikne ke liye samjhane ke liye apko practical training
2 assignment milte hai... jo bhi candidates us assignment ko
complete karta hai wo aage retail partner banata hai or jo bhi
candidates is assignment ko complete nhi karta hai wo aage
retail partner nhi banta hai that's it....
abb assignment samjhane se pahale aap ye samjho ki ek retail
partner ka kaam kya hota hai uska work profile kya hota hai... so
ek retai partner ka jo kaam hota hai wo recruitment, activation,
and development to develop your team to the higher rule.... so
abhi mai isko easy langauge me explain karta hu ok... jo ek retail
partner ka kaam hota hai wo recruitment as a HR usko
interview lena hota hai usko daily basis par 30 to 40 resume
provide kiye jayenge koi MBA qualify koi BCOM qualify koi BBA
qualify us 30 to 40 resume me usko best and quality resume hi
shortlist karna hai and uske baad uska interview lena hai... so ye
ek retail partner ka kaam hota hai uska work profile hota hai so
iss chiz ko sikhne ke liye samjhane ke liye apko practical training
your first assignment apko diya jata hai and that is you have to
recruit minimum 4 candidates and activate them apko khud se 4
candidates ko recuit karna hai and activate karna hai jab aap ye
kar lete ho apka assignment 1 complete ho jata hai that's it...
abb aate hai assignment 2 par... jab aap retail partner ban
jayoge is industry me apke team me 20 to 25 sells person honge
or per sells person ka kaam hoga product ko sellout karna in
market... ye apka kaam nhi hai is kaam ke liye allready apke
team me sells person rahenge apko bas unhe guide karna hai...
or aap ye dekhoge ki jitnne bhi apke team me sells person hai
per sells person ka 2 ya 3 product months me sellout ho rahe
hai....suppose that apke team se 2 candidates 1 gante ke andar
apko call kiya or bola sir/mam mera ek clients ready hai jo apne
daughter ke liye product lena chahate hai or wo is me 3 lakhs ka
investments karne ko ready hai dusra sells person bhi bol raha
hai ki sir/mam mera bhi ek clients ready hai jo ki apne wife ke
security ke liye product lena chahate hai or wo is me 5 lakhs ka
investment karne ke liye bhi ready hai so sir/mam pls inhe
product explain kar digeye guide kar digeye.... so us time apko
ye pata hona chachiye as a team leader ki kon si age me kon sa
product on behafe of customer or clients unke liye benefical
hoga jab aap clients ko approach kar rahe ho unko product
explain kar rahe ho so us time apka body langauge kya rahega
apka expration rahega jab aap se clients koi quary kar raha hai
so us time aap us quary ko shortout kayse karte ho so iss chiz ko
sikhne ke liye apko pratical training me dusra your second
assignment apko diya jata hai and this is your last and final
assinment iske badd apko koi bhi assignment nhi karna hai aap
direct retail partner ke liye promote ho jayoge... abb apka
second assignment ye hai apko just ek baar liye 6 product khud
se sellout karna hai in your natural market or in known person
kisi ko bhi relative's me aap sellout kar sakte ho per product
50000 ka hoga jab aap ye kar lete ho apka total assignment
complete ho jata hai...suppose that koi candidates bole ki
sir/mam mujhe 6 product sellout nhi karna hai ''i am not
intrested on that'' mera ek clients ready hai jo ki 3 lakhs ka
product lenge so is case me is candidates ka jo assignment hai
in one short hi complete ho jayega inko rest 5 product abb
kabhi bhi sellout nhi karna hai ya phir or koi dusra candidates
hai wo bole mere ko 6 product sellout nhi karna hai mere 3
clients ready hai jo ki 1/1 lakhs ka product le lenge is case me
bhi inka assignment in 3 short hi complete ho jayega inko rest 3
product abb kabhi bhi sellout nhi karna hoga so aap concept
samjhana ya phir apko 6 product 50000 ka sellout karna hai ya
phir aap colative 3 lakhs ka product sellout kar sakte ho aap ye
kar dete ho apka total assignment complete ho jata hai... ab
suppose that koi candidates 3 lakhs ka product sellout kar diya
so is me jo unka income hoga as a reward company deti hai
unko 35% of 3 lakhs deti hai jo ki hota hai 1 lakhs 5 thoushand
ye is candidates ko milta hai yadi inhone 3 lakhs ka product
sellout kiya tho ya phir koi or candidates tha wo 6 NOP me
comfatable tha number of policy jo ki 50000 ka tha so is case
me inko bhi 3 lakhs ka 35% milega jo ki same 1 lakhs 5
thoushand hota hai....so aap yaha samjana ''The day you
completed your business assignment and you recruited
minimum 4 candidates and activate them you will promot as a
retail partner direct from the company on role'' jaha par apko
PF,medical benefit,fixed sallary, and huge incentive are there...
so according to company norms you will get every thingh jo ki
ek retail partner ko milta hai...
ab aate hai income structure pe apne sab kuch complete kar liya
apne theoritacal traning complete kar liya apne practical bhi
complete kar liya abb apka question rahega ki sir mera fixed
sallary kitna rahega per months ka income kya rahega ye mai
aaplogo ko 2 ya 3 min me explain kar dunga/dungi uske baad
mai one by one se ye jarur puchna chahaunga ki kon kon
candidates iss position ke liye comfortable hai ya nhi ku ki see
guise mai yaha quality pe work karne ke liye hu or koi
candidates hote hai jo ki bolte hai sir/mam mera ye area weak
hai ya phir mera communication skill weak hai sir mai team
handel nhi kar payunga ya phir clients call attend nhi kar
payunga.... so let me know that ku ki iss interview ke baad iss
interview ka link HO head office jata hai jo ki pune me hai or jo
bhi candidates comfortable nhi honge uska name mai hide kar
dunga so HO will not entertain you....
abb aate hai jab aap retail partner ban jayoge iss industry me so
jo apka fixed sallary rahega wo 19000 rahega.... but,but...but koi
bhi retail partner jo ki bajaj allianz me hai wo per months below
1 lakhs kabhi bhi income nhi karta hai jo ek retail partner ka
average income hota bajaj me wo 150000 se 200000 hota hai....
abb ye hota kayse hai ye mai apko explain karta hu... jayse ki
maine apko ye bataya ki jab aap retail partner banoge iss
industry me tho apke team me min 20 to 25 sells person
rahenge or per sells person ka kaam hoga product ko sellout
karna in market...suppose that apke team se 3 sells person ne
only ek ek product hi sellout kiya market me 50 thoushand ka so
iss case me jo apko incentive milte hai wo per sells person pe 3
incentive milte hai 1. DBI( distribution buildup incentive) 2. BDI(
business development incentive) 3.MPI( monthly performence
incentive)... ye 3 incentive per sells person pe apko milte hai or
ye tino sells person ka incentive addon kar du tho ye ho hata hai
80 thoushand's plus so apko clear ho gya hogya hoga ki aap yha
kafhi ache income karne wale ho.... or abhi tho maine apka
fixed salary bhi add nhi kiya hu '' now you can add your fixed
salary 19000 also plus 80000'' ....
so aab candidates se puchna hai ki kon kon iss position ke liye
comfortable hai ya nhi uske baad....
ok guise mai apko futhor information bata raha hu ache se
suniye ajj yaha par 5 candidates hai interview ke liye jiska bhi
selection hota hai ajj unko agle 2 gante me mail receive hoga
bajaj ke offical mail ID se us mail ID me apka application number
or password mention hoga jiske help se aap apna
documentation complete karoge .... abb aksar candidates yaha
galti karte hai kya karte hai ki jayse hi unko mail receive hota hai
wo khud se hi documantation karne lagte hai or kuch bhi error
aata hai baad me problem face karna padta hai... apko ye nhi
karna hai apko jayse hi mail receive hota hai aap turant apne
leader ko inform karoge ki apko mail receive ho gya hai wo apne
guidance me apka documatation complete karwa denge taki ek
bhi galti na ho.... abb during documatation apko apana
aadar,pan,higher qualifaction certificate,phone number, email
id, photo, signature, yahi sab minimul documents upload karna
hota hai jab aap ye upload kar dete ho iske baad option aata hai
ki exam centre choose karne ke liye... so jo hamara IRDAI ka
exam hota hai wo NSEIT ke approved centre me hota hai or iska
sabse acha baat ye hai ki ye india ke har city me available hai so
jis bhi city se aap belong karte ho us bhi city me hai... so jab aap
exam centre choose kar lete ho iske baad option aata hai exam
fee pay karne ke liye jo ki hota hai 585 or jaha se bhi apne apply
kiya ho ya phir apne apana, quicker, linkedln jis bhi website se
apply kiya ho waha bhi mentation hoga ki jab apka interview me
selection ho jata hai uske baad during documentation apko
exam fee pay karna hota hai '' kindly unmute everybody and tell
me that it's mentation or not overthere''... ok jab aap exam fee
pay kar dete ho apka documentation complete ho jata hai...
uske baad apka training, exam, result, and then apka
assignment ye sab kuch maine pahale explain kar diya hai....
abb mai 2 minute me meeting end kar dunga/dungi.... jayse hi
meeting end hoga apko turant within 5 minute 5 min ke anadar
apko mujhe 4 chiz send karna hai kya kya aap note kar ligeye
apka pan card, primary mobile number, alternate mobile
number, and your email id ye 4 chiz kab bejna hai within 5 min
jayse hi ye meeting end hoga... ye documentation isliye manga
jata hai ki aap yaha par kon ho ye mai janta hu but HO head
office nhi jante hai so unko documentary evidence ka jarurat
padta hai so isliye aap se ye manga jata hai ku ki mujhe bhi ye
interview ka link head office me send karna hai 10 min ke baad
with documents jo ki aap se abhi manga gya hai.... so aap jadi se
ye documents send kigeye apne leader ko jo ki apko is interview
ka link share kiya hai.....
abb last jate jate ek question app se jarur karunga ki is 5
candidates me se kon kon hai jo ki is bajaj jayse brand company
me apne aap ko any how any cost retail partner ke post par
dekhna chahata hai pls rase your hand.....
