CMRL invites digitally signed open e-tender through e-procurement portal from reputed, experienced, financially sound,
eligible applicants, who fulfill the qualification criteria as mentioned in the tender through International Competitive Bidding
(ICB) under Single Stage two Envelope with initial filter (Technical & Financial) system for the works as detailed below under
loan disbursement of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)

loan agreement ID-P272)- “Construction of five underground stations at
Thapalpetti, Moolakadai, Sembiyam, Perambur Market and Perambur Metro and
crossover at Sembiyam and works other than diaphragm wall of two underground
stations at Madhavaram Milk Colony and Murari hospital (Madhavaram High Road
Metro) in Corridor-3 of CMRL Phase-II Project”.
2. Bid validity 120 days from the date of submission of tender.

3. Approximate value of INR 927 Cr (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred and Twenty Seven Crores only)
work(excluding GST & excluding
Provisional Sum)

4. 4Bid Security Amount (EMD) & EMD Amount: The total bid security/EMD amount shall be equal to INR 9.27
Validity Crores (Indian Rupees Nine Crores and Twenty Seven Lakhs Only) or
Japanese YEN 139,050,000.00/- (Japanese YEN One Hundred Thirty-Nine
Million Fifty Thousand only) in the form of BG / Demand Draft
Validity: In case of EMD by BG, it shall be valid for 148 days from date of stipulated
Bid submission date i.e. up to 19-07-2022 or later.
