Dear Mr. Kibet,

Re: Demand for Monies due and owing to LPC Global Logistics Limited

We act for LPC Global Logistics Limited (‘Our Client’) who has instructed us to address you as
hereunder:

1. THAT you are indebted to our Client, facts of which are well within your knowledge.

2. THAT despite our Client providing you with clearing and forwarding services, you have refused,
failed and /or declined to pay our Client for the supply of the service.

3. THAT you are in breach of your obligation to pay our Client for the services supplied to yourself.

4. THAT despite promising to pay for the services supplied to you and several demands for the
same, you have failed to honour your word and consequently the debt owing to our Client
stands at KES 7,516/-.

5. THAT despite our Client making several phone calls to yourselves, you have been making
unreasonable excuses and moreover, you have made numerous false promises to pay for the
services supplied.

6. THAT in light of the forgoing, our instructions are to demand from you, which we hereby do,
immediate payment of KES 7,516/- together with our collection charges of KES 5,000 within
SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date hereof to the following bank account on behalf of our Client:

ACCOUNT NUMBER: 1181740614 (CLIENT ACCOUNT)
BRANCH: MOI AVENUE, NAIROBI

TAKE NOTICE that unless the total amount of KES 12,516/- is paid to us within the aforestated SEVEN
(7) DAYS from the date hereof, we have firm instructions to invoke legal remedies considered
appropriate against yourselves including but not limited to instituting a claim in Court at your cost for
recovery of the debt without any further reference to you.
