RE: DEMAND NOTICE FOR OVERDUE LOAN PAYMENTS OWED TO SHARA
TECHNOLOGIES IN ARREARS OF KSHS. 70750.

We hereby demand payment of an outstanding loan amount in arrears of ​


KShs. 70750 (Seventy thousand, seven hundred and fifty shillings) which is up to 64 Days
late and past the due date agreed at the time of disbursement.

We are amenable to committing to a mutually beneficial debt settlement arrangement but
despite numerous efforts to contact you through calls, email, SMS and WhatsApp, you continue
to abscond your financial and contractual obligations.

Unless payment of the above outstanding amount is received in full, or a mutually agreeable
debt settlement agreement is reached by both parties on or before 3 days from the date of this
letter, our lawyers have instructions to proceed and institute both, criminal and civil
charges against you for the outstanding amounts due, without any further notice to you and
at your own risk as to costs and other consequences.

Take note that failure to settle payments before a court appearance will mean you are
also liable for the full legal costs of any settlement borne by Shara, previous cases have
incurred legal costs of approximately KES 50,000. Further, while each case is unique, our
historical conviction rate for loans with arrears has been 100%. Again our preference is
to settle this matter out of the courts through a timely repayment plan and encourage you
to reach out to us immediately.
