Description Medicure is a Health check-up centre which provides different physical test for its customer. An
Individual customer (Details provided in Include section mentioned below) or an employee of an
organization can request for the services provided by Medicure at different location (state, city, etc.)
or the place with the MAP.

Company having tie up with the organisation can allow its employees to submit the request over the
online application. Once the HR approves, the respective employee details are routed to Medicure
Centre. Depending upon the role/designation, different test is suggested to the employees. Like Top
Level/Middle level/Lower level. The employee can choose the available slots and then opt to take
the tests either at the healthcare centre or at their residence.

After the tests is done, the test results should be uploaded on the portal. Basing on the results in
the report, the application can suggest them different medical recovery tips.

The report should mention the age, suffering like diabetics, stress etc. and suggest some yoga or
workshops to attend for the employees. The confirmation of the check-up completion status has to
be notified to the company as well to the healthcare centre. Employees have to get the Medical
certificate and submit it to the HR of the organization.

If it is an individual customer, he/she can either book an appointment at the centre or request for

the check-up at their residence. If it is at centre, they need to mention the type of tests to be
undertaken. After the test done the centre and the customer has to get the acknowledgement of
test completion. Post the test, respective medical treatment should be suggested to the employees.

Note:
1. The Organization name should be populated from the data source
2. Role should be populated from the data source. Based on the role or level the suggested
check-up option should be available.
3. DOB should be a past date.
Mock up 4. Age must be calculated via declare expression
screens 5. Date of Appointment should be future.
6. If Preferred Location is Home, then capture the home address details using Visibility
Conditions.
7. When user selects, Opt for other check-up then the other options should be available to
them in a dropdown.

After the request is submitted it will be routed to company HR for the approval: In this case ,
Smith is the HR manager for Pega Organization

HR Manager Approval Screen:

Post HR Manager approval, it will be routed to Medicure representative. In this case, Jane David is
the Medicure representative

Once the Medicure representative approve the request, the case will get into the wait state. The
process will be resume once the patient complete the test.

The test results are now uploaded by the Medicure representative.

Once the Medicure representative upload the test result, Employee would be getting a mail
containing the test report as well they can view their report on the portal too.

After viewing the result, the employee will be asked to book a physician.

After employee submits the request, it will be routed to the physician. The physician will add the
comments based on the analysis of the report.

After physician submits the details, the employee will be notified with the suggestions and has the
option to request for a prescribed medical check-up if required.
If the employee request for a new check up again, a new case will be created and same process
continues.
Otherwise the cases stands with resolved completed.

In case of the General Customer:


Customer will be entering the details and the request will be directly routed to the medicure
representative. The remaining process will be same. In the below screen the preferred location is
Clinic Centre, Hence the Preferred Centre location is captured.

Trigger Employee submits the request for check-up through online application, which triggers the necessary
actions to be taken by HR Team. Once the HR approves it redirects to the Medicure Centre.
Email confirmation from Medicure Centre once the tests are completed to the HR.

Preconditions Employee, HR and Medicure representative is an operator in this application

Post The confirmation of the check-up completion status has to be notified to the company as well to the
conditions healthcare centre

Normal Flow

1. Employee will raise the request for the heath check-up


2. The request will be routed to the Medicure representative
3. The Medicure representative will send the confirmation mail about the diagnostic centre
details based on the option selected by the employee or customer.
4. Once the check-up is done, Medicure Centre has to upload the test results in the portal for
Employee view with necessary suggestions.
5. Employee and HR should get a notification mail about the status of health check-up
completion status.

Once the tests are done, the employee or customer should book a slot with a Physician.
Physician may prescribe or suggest further medical checkup on the verification of the reports.

Employee needs to register at the reception for the further medical consultation as suggested by the
Physician, containing all personal details like name, father's name, age, gender, address, contact no,
date.

Based on the report given the patient decides whether to take prescribed medicine and withdraw
further check-up or go for further treatment upon his severity and capability. As suggested the
patient can consult the specialist or the Surgeon. Based on the fresh check-up report and patient
agreement, the doctor has advised the patient to take various tests like Lipid Profile, Blood Test, and
CT Scan.

After the tests, basing on the reports generated, a revisit plan should be done within 3 days. This can
happen through the SMS as a reminder visit.
Frequency of Heath check-up request can be raised once in a financial year.

Special Employees should be able to access the application using a mobile device as well. i.e. The screen
