Please find enclosed herewith Ministry Letter NO. 12-3/2018-S&I dated

13.05.2024 on the subject cited above, which is self-explanatory in respect of
revisiting the existing guidelines for categorization of Issuable/Non-
issuable/damaged foodgrains as well as disposal of damaged foodgrains held with
State Govt and its agencies in accordance of the new FSSAI norms issued vide
Gazette Notification dated 09.07.2020.
