V. INSURANCE:
To be coverd by the Seller, all risks covering 110% value of shipment in favor of the final Buyer
claimable and payable in Vietnam.

VI. COMMON CLAUSE:


This contract will be governed by the provision of “Incoterms 2010”.
In the course of implementing this contract, all disputes not reaching at amicable agreement shall
be settled by Economic Court in Hochiminh City (Vietnam), whose awards shall be final and
binding both parties.
The law enforced the carrying out of the contract shall be Vietnamese Law.

VII. GENERAL CONDITIONS:


If any change or amendment of this contract must be made in writing and appoved by both parties.
This contract is made into 4 originals of the same value, 2 for the Buyer and 2 for the Seller and
has the validity from the signing date lasting within 6 months.
