answer on a yellow paper/ short bondpaper.

1. Who am I?
- I am John Kenneth O. Julaton 20 years of age currently living at
Brgy. West Awang Calbayog City, W. Samar. I am the Eldest child
of the Family and I have only one sibling named Yannah Jean
Julaton. I love ball games I love sports and I also love online
games.
2. What are my qualities?
The following are my qualities;
- Flexible
- Team Player
- Optimism
- Ability to Judge
- Organize
3. What have I accomplished so far?
- Something was reorganized to make it work better.
-I was able to identify and fix a problem.
-Come up with a unique concept that will help the situation.
-New procedures or systems were developed or deployed.
-I worked on a variety of projects.
-Awards were given out.
4. What are my strengths and weakness?
- Strengths. Brave. Confident. Idealistic. Determined. Humble.
-Deficiencies. Being too forthright. I have a hard difficulty letting go of
tasks until they are completed. I'm giving myself a hard time and a
deadline to do my assignment. You're being far too harsh on
yourself. Introverted.

5. How good have I been to myself, to my parents, brothers, sisters, relatives

and friends?
- When you know yourself, you understand what motivates you to resist bad
habits and develop good ones. Self-esteem gives you the confidence to achieve,
and if you don't have it, you're just limiting yourself. You, and only you, are in
charge of your destiny. If you spend your life loathing yourself, you will hinder any
development you want to make. I am obedient, courteous, respectful, and caring
like a son. I'm a responsible young man. I always do what my parents tell me to
do. I do what they say when they say "study hard." I am a caring, protective, and
loving brother. Whenever they have an issue, I always try to console them. Find
a meal that everyone can share every day, or at least a couple times a week.
Make something that everyone enjoys and encourage family members to talk
about it. Turn off the televisions and encourage everyone to interact with one
another. You don't have to put in a lot of effort.

6. To whom do I owe my life, my success, and my failures?

- God is responsible for my accomplishment because faith kept me
going during difficult times. To my mother, who has taught me to be
who I am both directly and indirectly, as well as providing me with
the best education possible, and who has always informed me that
mediocrity and dependency have no place in me, and to my wife,
who has been a wonderful friend, partner, and supporter. I owe my
failures to those person who never believed to what I can do in life,
to those person who bring me down instead of lifting me up.

7. What do I want to achieve in the near and far failure?

- One of the areas of life that most people are frightened of is failure.
However, the truth is that everyone has failed and will fail again. We
forget that all successful people had failed in the past, but they did
not give up after their setbacks. They got up and tried again, and
again, and again. We tend to believe that successful people were
simply fortunate, that things just dropped into their laps or that they
had the perfect connections. Failure is necessary for growth; it is
life's ultimate lesson. Failure is inevitable, no matter how hard you
try to avoid it, so embrace it with a positive attitude. This isn't to say
you should expect to fail; rather, accept it when it does. Failure has
its own worth. You will have a better understanding of yourself and
learn from your mistakes if you fail. Failures force us to ponder,
reevaluate, and develop new methods and tactics for achieving our
objectives.

8. What is the meaning of self to you?

- Deep down, your self is your sense of who you are - your identity.
You disclose your actual self to someone else when you let them get
to know you well. If you're thinking about yourself, you're thinking
about yourself or, alternatively, yourself.
