International Student Declaration of Finances
The Declaration of Finances form is used to determine a student’s ability to meet the cost of attending Post
University. This form must be completed and returned to the Office of International Admissions with the
appropriate financial documentation attached (i.e. bank statements, letter of government scholarship
award, or letter of employer sponsorship). All sources of financial support which you submit must be less
than six months old, written in English, and on company stationery/letterhead. By completing and returning
this form with all attachments, the University will be able to issue a Certificate of Eligibility/Form I-20,
required when applying for an F-1 student visa. The applicant must pay the $350 USD SEVIS Fee to the
U.S. Department of Homeland Security prior to applying for an F-1 visa, entering the U.S. in F-1 status, or
applying for a change of his/her immigration status to F-1 within the U.S.
