The Mobile APP is a state-of-the-art and a fully interactive tool, designed to assist Best Assistance beneficiaries. Through its advanced
design and user-friendly structure, users will find it easy to access dedicated sections, useful functionalities, and range of information
about their health insurance policies. At the same time, users can surf over the public sections allowing them to stay up to date with our
business news.

Simple steps for registration:

Through signing in, the member will view his Policy details under “My Policy” and access his Profile details under “My Profile”. The

4. Click “My Dependents” Under this section, the member will view his Electronic Insurance Card, along with the list of
Dependents, in case the member is the principal.
Option to switch account between members is enabled through Permission Request.

The member can view the Approvals, by Claim type, that are prepared but not yet extracted, filtered by date.

The member can view his Approvals history, by Claim type, filtered by date.

The member can view the set Limitations and/or Exclusions based on his Policy.

The Member can directly submit and track a request for In-Hospital Pre-Approval to Best Assistance Medical Team, that in turn will
coordinate with the assigned Healthcare Provider and issue the Approval.

11| My Account - Reimbursement Request
The Member can submit and track his Reimbursement Claims directly through the APP, that will automatically list the documents needed
per Reimbursement type (In-Patient, Out-Patient, Prescription Medicine, Doctor Consultation).

The member can download the Network of Healthcare Providers, to be accessible in an offline mode (no Wi-Fi, no 3G).
The downloaded Network can appear on the Main Page even after signing out.
