I REEMA BASHEER CP, studying BSc. MLT course in KIMS College, Maduranthakam, Padalam P.O,
Chennai – 603308 under Dr. MGR Medical University. I completed my 1st year of the course and
I passed in all subjects.

Currently it’s taking more than 15 hours of travel to reach the college from my home. Due to
this, my father is facing some difficulties accompanying me. For that reason and yet some others,
Iam exhausted both physically and mentally. Also the recent loss of my friend and hostelmate
took a toll on me.

A nearby institute from our home, P.P.G College in Coimbatore, under the same University has
informed us that they have seat availability for second year. Therefore, I kindly request you to
issue the transfer certificate from KIMS College, Chennai to PPG College, Coimbatore for my
