SIMPLE

GUIDELINES
SCHEDULING & CONDUCT OF
CLASSES
CLASS SCHEDULE
Tuesday to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST .

Except 3:00 to 4:00 PM which is a fixed mandatory


slot for our internal Meeting / Training purposes

Availability on Sunday - 2 pm to 10 pm IST or 10 am


to 5 pm IST. As some tutors at their discretion may
offer classes in morning

WEEK OFF
Is a weekly off for the entire Teaching and admin staff including
prep managers and evaluators. No messages posted to the groups
will be replied on Monday.

PREP MANAGERS & CLASS PROPOSAL


Prep managers will be available from 10 am to 12
noon IST and from 2 pm to 9 pm IST, Tuesday to
Sunday.

All class proposals that have not been accepted till


9 pm shall be deemed to have lapsed.

CALL / TEXT
Parents and students are advised not to text or call
the tutors and prep managers directly. These texts
and calls will not be replied to, nor would we have
any accountability towards these.

In case of a concern/ grievance/ suggestion, please


write to the whatsapp group and we will get the
appropriate person to call you at an appointed time.

SAMPLE THE CLASS


We welcome the parents to sample the classes by
sitting beside the student for a short duration. It is
not recommended that the parent be present
throughout the class .

ONLINE CLASS
Parent interaction with the tutor during the
class time is prohibited outright.

Students are required to keep their camera ON


at all points in time in the class.
