Chapter 1 Updates in V2.5.1
1.1 [Improvement] Resource Management
1. (Web Client) The Device and Server page supports adding encoding devices and access control
devices by encryption via Hikvision Private Protocol or Hikvision ISAPI Protocol for enhancing
data security.

Control Client. The function supports customizing the time for auto locking of Control Client for
different users.

3. For half-interval search, even if there is no video within an interval, still supports clicking the
button to go to the intervals with videos.
4. When you switch between live view and playback, it will now switch based on the latest screen
(window divisions).
5. For person arming, it is only allowed to select the resources from "Facial and Human Body
Recognition Cameras" configured in the license. For vehicle arming, it is only allowed to select
resources from "ANPR Cameras" configured in the license.

1.7 [Improvement] Alarm Detection
Updates related to the Alarm Detection module are shown below.
1. (Web Client) When you add security control devices via Hikvision ISUP Protocol, you can now
select Local Storage as the picture storage location.

1.8 [Improvement] Map Management
(Web Client and )For third-party resources that are added to maps, adds an alarm frame to the

1.9 [Improvement] Event and Alarm
Updates related to the Event and Alarm module are shown below.
1. (Web Client) In the linkage email of the Frequently Appeared Person event, adds more
information: person picture, event information (appearance times and preset threshold), and
linked camera.
2. (Web Client) When you set the linkage action as Send Email and select emergency counting
groups to send their data, supports selecting the areas first and then the groups.

1.10 [Improvement] Evidence Management
(Web Client and Control Client) On the Upload Record page, supports viewing the uploading time
of upload records.
1.11 [Improvement] Access Control
1. (Web Client and Control Client) In the exported identity access records of CSV format, adds the
saving path of profile pictures.

2. (Web Client and Control Client) The page of Entry & Exit Counting page supports selecting the
time range of search.
1.12 [Improvement] Visitor Management
Updates related to the Visitor Management module are shown below.
1. (Web Client and Mobile Client) After visitors successfully reserve, the platform applies
immediately the access permissions according to the reservation time periods.
2. (Web Client) Supports enabling Verify Visitor ID Validity Period on the Basic Parameters page,
so when the device reads the information from a visitor's ID, it will verify the ID validity period
and you will be prompted accordingly.
3. (Web Client) The United Arab Emirates ID card reader supports reading the email, phone
number, and ID validity period from the visitor ID cards.
4. (Mobile Client) When a visitor reserves using the Mobile Client, the page supports showing the
visit purpose customized on the Web Client.
1.13 [Improvement] Parking Lot
Updates related to the parking lot management are shown below.

1. (Web Client) On the Basic Parameter page, adds the function of requiring a reason when the
entry & exit is allowed manually.
2. (Web Client) Supports configuring call recipient for different parking lots.
3. (Control Client) Supports customizing the ring tone of calls from parking lots.
4. Supports the alarm of driving on the lane line.
5. Supports the motion detection alarm of guidance terminals.
1.14 [Improvement] Portable Enforcement Management
The main improvements related to the portable enforcement module on the Web Client are shown
below.
1. For Real-Time Monitoring, supports receiving alarms of low battery.
2. For Real-Time Monitoring, supports jumping to the alarm page by person, by single alarm, or by
clicking More. For jumping by person, all types of alarms for the person on the current day will
be searched; for jumping by clicking More, you can search for alarms by the latest alarm type
source on the current day.
3. For Receiving Record, adds display items including person ID, dock station of receiving/
returning, battery when receiving/returning, and department, and supports exporting them as
part of the receiving records.

4. For Receiving Record, supports selecting a self-adaptive column width mode by clicking .
5. For Receiving Record, supports selecting display items like person ID, dock station of receiving/
returning, battery when receiving/returning, department, receiving time, return time, etc. as
needed by clicking . By default, all supported column items are selected. Click Reset to reset
the selected items.

1.15 [Improvement] Intelligent Analysis
Updates related to the Intelligent Analysis module are shown below.
(Web Client and Control Client) For public scenario, adds multi-target-type analysis report for
calculating the number of persons, motor vehicles, and non-motor vehicles within a specified
period.

1. (Web Client and Control Client) Supports viewing and generating multi-target-type analysis
reports of selected camera(s) by specified time interval. Supports adding reports to dashboard
and exporting reports to the local PC.
2. (Web Client) Supports setting a regular multi-target-type analysis report rule for specified
cameras, and the platform can send an email with a report attached to the target recipients
daily, weekly, or monthly, showing the variation trend of people density data in line chart, which
is calculated by abnormal event detection server.
1.16 [Improvement] Patrol Management
Updates related to the Patrol Management module are shown below.

1. (Mobile Client) When the Mobile Client is disconnected from the platform, the Mobile Client
supports offline mode. In offline mode, the Mobile Client supports scanning the QR code for
patrol.
2. (Mobile Client) When you are scanning the QR code for patrol using the Mobile Client in offline
mode, supports storing the patrol information locally: patrol person, patrol point, patrol time,
and GPS information.
3. (Mobile Client) When the Mobile Client is in online mode, supports uploading the patrol
information stored locally when scanning the QR code for patrol in offline mode.

1. (Web Client) Supports customizing your emergency solutions by area.
