A: Theme: Under UNESCO the International Day of Education is annually


celebrated on January 24. This year marks the sixth year of the
celebration, under the theme ‘learning for lasting peace’

“Learning for Lasting Peace” reminds us that education is not just about
acquiring knowledge but about fostering empathy, understanding, and
unity. Through learning, we can break down barriers, resolve conflicts, and
create a world where peace endures.
It’s often said that thoughts shape our actions. Let’s begin our day with
some words of wisdom. I invite __________ to present Today’s Thought on
