PSC Agent- Thank you for calling Retirement Solutions Center this is ___________, May I have your first

PSC Agent- Thank you! To ensure your assets are protected I will also need your Social Security Number

Participant- Do you need the whole thing or just the last four?
PSC Agent- I need the whole thing please.

PSC Agent- Thank you, and just one last piece of information, can you please confirm the month and

Participant- I would like to know how to set up my online account.

www.benefitsforyou.com. Once there you will click on the registration button. And then you will just go
through the process and answer the questions.
Participant- Ok great, I will do that now.

PSC Agent- Thank you! To ensure your assets are protected, I will send you an authentication code to
the phone number or email we have on file. Please wait a moment for it to arrive and then read it off to
me when you're ready.
Participant- The code is 123456.
PSC Agent- Thank you for providing verification, I'm pulling up the information now to answer your
questions. While I'm doing that can you also confirm if your address is still on W University Blvd?
Participant- Yes it is.

Participant- I want to take a distribution from my plan and I need to know the process.

PSC Agent- To request a distribution, you can submit the request online at benefitsforyou.com. You will
follow the steps online to request the withdrawal. You can request your form of payout, cash or rollover
on the website. Once you have submitted your distribution, you will need to follow the steps of identity
proofing and verifying your information. Once that is complete, you will receive a green confirmation
successful screen. The distribution will then go to the Plan Sponsor for approval. Once we receive the
complete form and it is in good order with no missing information, and any final contributions
and/or loan payments have been processed and posted to your account – the distribution request will
be approved for processing. It will take approximately 2-3 business days to complete the processing of
the request. Once processing is completed, if a check is issued, please allow seven to ten days mailing
time to receive the check. If a direct deposit is requested, please allow three business days for the
deposit to show in your account.
