Role Overview
As an Software Engineer (Trainee/Intern) in the Computer Science/Information
Technology domain, you will work on developing and integrating AI-driven systems
to optimize various real-world applications. This role involves designing algorithms,
building predictive models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver
innovative solutions. You will also focus on managing large datasets, ensuring
system scalability, and enhancing user experiences through technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Handling and Preprocessing:
■ Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources for use in AI
models.
■ Ensure data accuracy and readiness for training and testing machine
learning algorithms.
2. AI Model Development:
■ Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models tailored to
project requirements.
■ Collaborate with domain-specific engineers (e.g., Civil, Mechanical,
Electrical) to align AI systems with project needs.

3. System Design and Integration:
■ Develop APIs and software modules to integrate AI-driven insights into
end-user applications.
■ Optimize system architecture for scalability, reliability, and
performance.
4. Testing and Validation:
■ Conduct rigorous testing of AI systems to ensure accuracy and
robustness.
■ Work on debugging and improving models based on feedback and
performance metrics.
5. Collaborative Development:
■ Collaborate with domain experts to understand project-specific
challenges and provide technical solutions.
■ Support the development of user-friendly tools and dashboards for
monitoring and reporting insights.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
■ Document code, system designs, and technical findings
comprehensively.
■ Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and team reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Education:
■ For Interns: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or related fields.
■ For Full-Time: Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Technical Skills:
■ Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
■ Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or
Scikit-learn.
■ Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and data handling
practices.
■ Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a
plus.
