SUBJECT : Progress Report on Missing Person

1. References:
a. Spot Report on Missing Person dated August 5, 2024; and
b. Blotter Entry No. 2024-08-0501 dated August 5, 2024.

2. This report provides an update on the missing person case recorded at the
Malolos City Police Station on August 5, 2024 at around 3:00 PM. The case involved
Joshua Ramos, a 17 year old male resident of Barangay Tikay, Malolos City.

3. According to his family, Joshua was last seen leaving their residence on
August 4, 2024, at approximately 7:00 AM. He was reportedly wearing a blue T-shirt
and black shorts at the time of his disappearance.

4. A follow-up investigation confirmed that the missing minor was found at a


relative’s residence in Barangay Longos, Malolos City. Upon inquiry, he stated that
he left home due to personal family issues. After proper verification, he was returned
to his parents.

5. The case has been closed, and social services have been advised to
provide the necessary counseling and support to the family.
