Plastic Awareness Campaign


You recently asked me to submit a short report on “The Plastic Awareness Campaign” that I will conduct
in the neighborhood. You asked that I submit this report within three weeks of the start of the campaign.
The Plastic Awareness Campaign has been done in 10 schools. Workshops, interactive sessions, and
pamphlets are an integral part of this campaign.
Students have demonstrated a keen interest in this activity. More than a hundred students have come
forth to join this and encourage people to use plastic wisely. Students enroll in workshops conducted by Mr.
Das and other students of Holy Family School. They are asked to explore alternatives other than plastic.
They are also instructed in proper disposal of plastic and are made aware of the dangers of plastic to the
environment.
The response to the Plastic Awareness Campaign has been positive. Students show a lot of interest in
pursuing the Campaign, even outside of their area.
I would like to recommend that the Plastic Awareness Campaign continues for another two months. It will
make it possible to educate several schools in the city. It would also be helpful if the students can learn how
to make simple paper bags using old newspapers, magazines, and books.
We can make The Plastic Awareness Campaign a running success in the city. Another more detailed report
will be informed to you, if the plastic campaign is extended.

Mr. Nana, the headmaster, has requested this report on the Alumni Gathering Activity. The report was to be
submitted to him by 30 December 2018.
Procedure
A representative selection of 15% of all participants were interviewed during the alumni gathering, on 16
December 2018 concerning:
1. Overall satisfaction with the activities in the gathering.
2. Problems encountered when dealing with the facilities.
3. Suggestions for the improvement of next gathering activity.
Findings
1. The participants were generally satisfied with the activities in the gathering.
2. Some problems were encountered when they lacked of mineral water.
3. Most of the participants complained about the uncomfortability in the room.
4. The most common suggestion for improvement was the mineral water availability.
Conclusions
1. Participants are happy to join the activities in the gathering.
2. They have problems with the room.
3. Improvements need to take place in the uncomfortability of the room.
4. Mineral water availability should be considered as the most urgent need.
Recommendations
1. Meet the committee to discuss the serious problems faced by the participants.
2. Give priority improvements on room comfortability. 3. Have an outdoor gathering.
