Therefore, our college from the Accounting department trainees and instructors will
expected to visit your bureau/office for their full practical exercises about on
government cash management and control system such as:
 Payment voucher (PV) and Receipt voucher (RV)
 Preparing (writing) check and cheque voucher (CV)
 Payroll preparation
 Cash control system
 Inventory system
 Proforma documents and
 Government Account Codes, for fifteen consecutive working days.

TRAINEES CHECK LIST ON MAINTAIN CASH AND RECEIVABLES

The purpose of this checklist is to analyze the sufficiency of the college of Management and
public service trainees’ practical training course and make recommendations for their
improvement. Under your bureau of formal government accounting procedures, please ensure
the following by placing in the "SATIFACTORY" or "UNSATISFACTORY" Boxes Below
.

times

numbered and apply double-entry account

viewing data by category and creation of
timely reports to maintain accountability

always limited to small amounts
