right plan.

1. Benefits Once a job is activated, the job will be visible to the candidates as per the location and
you will start receiving calls from interested Candidates.
2. As mentioned we are also providing Database incase if you want to reach out candidates you
can also shortlist by using filters and unlock the profile and if interested you can call them or
send bulk sms. So that interested candidates will reach out.
3. If the call goes unattended then you will receive a msg on Whats App from the candidate
informing that the candidate is interested. You can check the list of interested candidates from
the “Responses” section on your job dashboard.
4. Apart from candidates calling you, they have the option also to apply the job these candidates
are the one who have shown interested , the same is available in the dashboard and you can
also export the details of the candidates.
5. We are providing the option to track the candidates on the dashboard basis on the conversation
with you if they are relevant or not.

Scenario 2 –
Not ok to make payment same day. Requesting for next day.
Employer – I will call you back tomorrow for the payment.
Agent, I understand sir , I will share the plan details with you right away also has you are valued
employer for work India I will try my best to hold the offer for you, is that fine I will call you back at ex
2pm tomorrow.
Employer –Ok
