Grade Level Representatives

(The Grade Level Representative(s) shall have the following duties:

- represents his/her grade level in all the meetings of the SSLG


- Grades 11 and 12 representatives shall create a mechanism to ensure all concerns and issues in
respective grade levels, as well as strands and tracks, are raised and addressed
- perform other duties assigned by the majority of the SSLG
- serve as liaison to respective grade levels on update/s and SSLG; assist in the effective
implementation of the SELG/SSLG PPAs;)

- serve as the disbursing officer of all SELG/SSLG's funds
- prepare the annual budget of the SELG/SSLG
- serve as the Chairperson of the Finance Committee
- perform other duties assigned by most of the SELG/SSLG officers.
