National Weather Report Presentation Deadline 31 March.

Grade Level:
11th /12th Grade

Objective:
Students will use their understanding of air pressure, heat, wind, and humidity to analyze and
explain national weather maps from Egypt. They will present a weather report in a video format,
demonstrating their grasp of meteorological concepts such as the Coriolis effect, low-pressure
systems, wind streams, and climate.

Instructions:
 Group Formation: Students will be divided into groups 4-5.
 Research & Map Analysis: Each group will select three different national weather maps of
Egypt, illustrating current weather patterns.
 Weather Report Script: Students will prepare a script explaining the weather conditions
using appropriate meteorological terminology.
 Visual Materials: Groups should use digital tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, or video
editing software) to present maps and other supporting visuals.
 Professionalism: Encourage students to dress formally as news anchors to enhance their
presentation.
 Video Recording: Students will record their weather report and submit it.
 Presentation & Discussion: The class will watch each group’s video and discuss the
accuracy and clarity of the reports.
