COMPANY PRODUCTS

1. Circuit Breaker:-

Fig. Circuit Breaker

A circuit breaker is an electrical safety device designed to protect an electrical

circuit from damage caused by overcurrent. Its basic function is to interrupt current flow
to protect equipment and to prevent the risk of fire.
By definition a circuit breaker is an electrical safety device, a switch that
automatically interrupts the current of an overloaded electric circuit, ground faults, or
short circuits Circuit breakers "trip", shut off, current flow after protective relays detect a
fault.
The circuit breaker is open by applying pressure to the trigger. When there is a
faulty current flowing through any part of the system, the trip coil of the breaker gets
energized thereby moving away from each other, thus opening the circuit. Circuit
breakers are a great replacement for mechanically operated fuses. Circuit breakers are
highly reliable. Circuit breaker can be fixed once, easy to reset and lasts for a long time.
2. Switch Gears:-

Fig. Switch Gears

This definition can be extended to include devices to regulate and meter a power
system, circuit breakers, and similar technology. Circuits are designed to handle a
limited amount of electricity, and when too much current passes through, it can cause
the wiring to overheat. This may damage vital electrical components, or even lead to
fires. Switchgears are designed to defend equipment connected to a power supply from
the threat of electrical overload. In the event of an electrical surge, an effective
switchgear will trigger, automatically interrupting the flow of power and protecting the
electrical systems from damage. Switchgears are also used for de-energizing equipment
for safe testing, maintenance, and fault

Air:-
Although the least expensive insulation option, air has a low dielectric strength,
making it a relatively poor insulator. As a result, air-insulated devices are typically
larger than devices insulated by other media.

Gas:-
Pressurized gas also offers increased dielectric strength compared to standard
air insulation. Although Sulfur Hexafluoride is a common insulating gas for switchgear
systems, other gases may be used in its place.
