ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

1 Production Process Optimization


• Process Design and Improvement: Analyze and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste,
and enhance product quality.
• Time and Motion Studies: Conduct studies to identify
inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Automation Integration: Evaluate and implement automation to streamline
operations and reduce labor costs.
• Process Monitoring: Ensure that all manufacturing processes operate
within specified tolerances and production targets.

2 Quality Control and Assurance


• Product Quality: Monitor and control product quality through regular
inspections and audits of production processes.
• Standardization: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
to ensure consistent quality.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues and implement
corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Compliance: Ensure all products meet customer specifications,
industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

3 Production Planning and Scheduling
