Printer(Web61) Firmware Upload Guide
1. S/W
You can check the files in your dropbox.
- Firmware Files : \Dropbox\Anytron Tech Support\Firmware\Printer Folder
- Utility S/W(Host IF) : \Dropbox\Anytron Tech Support\Utility Folder
2. Executing the HostIF program.
3. selecting the USB or RCP/IP according to connection method between WEB61 and PC.

3-1 In case of WEB61 and PC are connected to TCP/IP,
- input the IP Address of WEB61, and click the OK.
3-2. In case of WEB61 and PC are connected to USB,
- showing the below screen. And click the OK.

4. click the [Block transmission] in [File management] manu.
5. click the [File selection], and import the file.

6. There are 4 firmwares, and please input these in order.
<- this is CPU Firmware, you can confirm this via PU Version of WEB61.
<- this is complementary firmware about 213 Fatal Error, you can confirm this via Cu Version.
<- Firmware about Cutter Position.
<- Firmware about Sensor Position.
7. 1. Select the WEB61_PUvC10800 file, and click the Transmission.
8. The first firmware is sent to WEB61.
Two messages which are “FLASH DOWNLOAD” and “Data Arrive” alternately come up in WEB61
LCD.
Be careful that during FLASH DOWNLOAD, if the printer and PC are disconnected, the
printer will get fatal error.

9. when the FLASH DOWNLOAD is complete, the “PASSED” meassage is appeared on WEB61 LCD.
After appearing the “PASSED” meassage, and wait for 3min. then shut down the printer. How to
shut down is refering to the follow instruction (from number 10~ to 13)
10. Shut Down the WEB61. Go to menu to shut down.
Select to the shutdown, and click the Enter key.
11. On the LCD, the “Shutdown Start” message appears. Click the Enter key.

12. On the LCD, the “Execute” message appears. Click the Enter key.
13. On the LCD, the “Shutdown” message appears. Click the Enter key.
14. if you get the message as below on LCD, turn off the printer power and turn on again.
15. if you see the “Ready To Print” message on LCD, move to the Host IF program.
In the Connection menu as below, select the I/F disconnection then disconnect the existing
connection.
16. refer to the below, select the I/F Connection in Connection menu, and try to connect again.
(refer to the from no.3번 to no.5 procedure, input the second firmware.)

17. select the “2. WEB61_LW.12_NF” file and click the Transmission.
(if you have existed file in file list, select the file and click the Clear button.)
18. Repeat the procedure from no.8 ~ no.16.
19. send the “3. 757LP_CutterPosition_Set_For_BITEK” file.
(Firmware of Cutter Position and Sensor Position isn’t showing the PASSED message on LED
screen of printer. Therefore you don’t need to shut down the printer.)

20. via no.15 procedure, disconnect the HostIF and then reconnect. .
21. send the “4. WEB61_SensorPosition_Set_284mm” file.
(Firmware of Cutter Position and Sensor Position isn’t showing the PASSED message on LED
screen of printer. Therefore you don’t need to shut down the printer.)
22. all of firmware are Uploaded. Exit the HostIF program.
