You will need to obtain releases from everyone in each frame. In the treatment there are scenes like
train rides etc where there may be public, you would need to obtain permission from the locations to
control people in frame and/or post giant release posters that clearly state that if they are entering this
area they are consenting to release their image to under armor for perpetual unlimited use… all of the
release language.
MORNING- APARTMENTS- Create shots that isolate activity to a certain areas of the home (Bedroom/
Living room/Kitchen) so that you can use one apartment and light/dress it a bit differently but use for
max amount to characters. For any exit shots just consider using different street doorways to sell that
they are in different areas.
