Congratulations! I am pleased to extend the following offer of employment to you on behalf of
StreamAlpha Pvt Ltd. (India).
We were all very excited to meet and get to know you over the past few days. We have been
impressed with your background and would like to formally offer you the position of OPT
Recruiter. It is intended for you to commence your employment on 23rd October, 2023.
We believe that your knowledge and skills would be an ideal fit for our team. We hope you will
enjoy your role and make a significant contribution to the overall success of StreamAlpha Pvt.
Ltd.
Please read through this letter carefully and indicate your acceptance of the offer by signing and
returning a copy of this letter.
You will be employed on the terms and conditions in this agreement, in the role of OPT
Recruiter.
In addition to any duties allocated by the employer from time to time, your position will be
involving the duties set out below:
• Recruiting OPT/CPT consultants from Job portals such as Dice, Indeed, Resume
bank, etc., universities and network, LinkedIn, prior database of OPT candidates.
• Posting advertisements on university sites and on various job portals
• Postings for W-2 Hiring and IT Training.
• Screening the resumes for suitable positions as per Client requirements.
• Maintaining a separate database for prospective leads.
• Making calls/following up with candidates.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition especially in OPT Recruiting
• Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand the
training and placement program
• Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through social networking
• Understanding of Niche IT skills in the market and must be able to educate students
• Knowledge using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System.
• Other Miscellaneous tasks.
Location:
• Hyderabad, Telangana.
Hours of Work:
a) As a full-time employee you will be required to devote substantially the whole of your
time and attention during the employer’s ordinary business hours to the performance of
your duties under the agreement. You will be working from 7 pm IST to 4 am IST.
b) You will not be entitled to receive any remuneration for work performed outside of the
hours referred to in sub-clause(a) above
Salary :
a) Your salary will be Rs 35,000/month in hand.
Benefits:
a) Working Days - All the employees of the StreamAlpha are entitled to work
only for five days in a week i.e., Monday to Friday.
b) Retention Bonus- If the employee remains employed during the Retention
Period i.e., completing 11 months from the date of joining and comply with all
other conditions stated in this letter and meets all the conditions precedent to
earn the Retention Bonus. The Retention Bonus shall be subject to standard
withholdings. This letter constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with
regard to the Company’s provision of a Retention Bonus to an Employee. This
letter supersedes all prior discussions, representations, correspondence or
agreements, whether oral or written, pertaining to the Retention Bonus. All other
agreements with regard to Employee’s employment shall remain in full force and
effect. Any modifications to this letter shall be in writing and signed by both the
parties.
(For fresher’s this 11 month will be considered from the time they complete
their probation period i.e., six months)
c) Incentive- All OPT Recruiter are eligible for incentive payments for every
closed position.
d) Quarterly Bonus – Quarterly bonuses will be awarded in cash
e) International trip – A trip abroad with family will be awarded annually upon
achieving the annual target set by the company as per the following conditions
i) Married – Employee along with his/her partner and with parents.
ii) Unmarried – Employee and his/her parents.
f) Paternity Paid Leave – An employee can avail this leave 1 week before or
immediately from the date of delivery of the child. If such leave is not availed
within the period, it shall be treated as lapsed. This is applicable for an employee
who completed six months with us.
g) Maternity Paid Leave – An employee can avail for 4 weeks paid leave anytime
with manager’s approval. It should not be avail after one month of child birth, is
so, it shall be treated as lapsed. This is applicable for an employee who
completed six months with us
h) Marriage Paid Leave – An employee can avail for 1 weeks paid leave anytime
with manager’s approval. This is applicable for an employee who completed six
months with us.
i) One-way Cab Facility – One way cab facility will be given to an eligible
employee.
Leave:
(a) You will be entitled to annual and along service leave in accordance with the applicable laws
and the leave policy of the company.
Company Policies:
You agree that the Employer’s policies, as amended or replaced from time to time, shall be
binding upon you but shall not form part of the employment contract.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
a) You agree that you will not divulge any of the confidential information or trade
secrets of the Employer to any person, whether during or after the termination of your
employment.
Termination:
(a) During your employment, either party may terminate this agreement by providing
written notice of 1 month (or payment in lieu of notice) to the other party.
(b) Not with standing sub-clause (a) above, the employer may terminate this agreement
by notice effective immediately without payment.
(c) Minimum of 1 month notice period needed if you decide to resign from
StreamAlpha. Failing to do so will have an impact on your full and final salary
settlement.
(d) Absconding – Any employee failing to report for duty without any prior notification
for more than three working days will be considered as absconding and will be
terminated immediately. Full and final salary settlement will not be done and the
employee should return to the company whatever is owed by him/her.

Please indicate your acceptance of this letter of offer and the terms of your reemployment
contained herein (page 3) by signing and returning the enclosed copy of this letter to the
employer
I, Yajjala Srikar accept and agree to the terms of conditions of employment contained in this
Letter of Offer and agree to be bound by them.

Note: This offer is contingent upon the following verifications,
1. Submission of joining documents which will be verified by the HR Team before
joining date of the candidate
• Offer letters or increment letters from the previous companies
• Relieving letter
• Last 3months payslips and bank statements demonstrating the salary credits
2. Encouraging or appreciating background verification from the previous organization
HR with in 10 days of joining
• Performance review will be due every quarter.
• TDS Subject to relevancy.
