1. Check the pipes & fittings as per approved material submittal, shop
drawing.
2. Check the installation is as per approved method of statement

3. Check the setting out as per approved shop drawing.

4. Check the level and slope of the pipe as per approved shop drawing.

5. Check the installation is coordinated with other services

6. Check proper trench with bottom is level & free from sharp objects.

7. Verify the pipe lengths and fittings against the installation plan to
ensure that they are correct and will fit the trench layout.

8. Check all joints are properly jointed by appropriate Electro Fusion


machine / Butt- Fusion machine.
9. Check the proper fittings are used for change in direction and sizes

10. Check the pipe work for not obstructing or clashing with other services.

11. Check the piping system is tested (Gravity & Leak test/Pressure Test),
free from leaks and defects as per relevant standard specification

12 Check installation of manhole layout

13 Check installation of pipe identification labelling and tagging
