Candidate best suited for position
Based on the rating system, the top two candidates for the position would
be Susan and Donna, who both scored 33/40 on the rating system. However, when
we look at the the full scope of the role, leadership
potential and their backgrounds, Susan is the better choice for leadership role she is
confidence and has the desire to become a General Manager, which is what we are
looking for in the candidate for the position. With Donna’s potential to look down
on people she may not be a good fit.
