o For CBSE and many state boards, NCERT textbooks are your Bible—especially
for Science and Math.
3. Make a Timetable
o Study in short, focused blocks (like 45-50 mins) with 10-minute breaks.
o Mix tough and easy subjects to keep yourself balanced.
4. Set Daily Goals

o Practice, practice, practice!
o Focus on formulas, theorems, and solve previous year papers.
o Time yourself while solving.
 Science:
o Understand concepts (especially in Physics and Chemistry).
o Practice diagrams and equations.
o Biology needs memorization—make mind maps.
 English/Hindi/Language:
o Practice writing formats (letters, essays, reports).
o Read comprehension passages daily.
o Grammar rules should be crystal clear.
 Social Science:
o Make short notes/timelines.
o Use keywords and highlight important terms.
o Practice map-based questions.

Smart Study Techniques

 Use Flashcards for definitions, formulas, and key points.

 Teach Someone Else—explaining boosts retention.
 Solve Previous Year Papers—at least last 5 years.
 Mock Tests—simulate exam conditions weekly.
Health & Mindset

 Sleep Well: 7-8 hours is non-negotiable.

 Eat Light and Healthy: Brain food helps—nuts, fruits, veggies.
 Stay Positive: Don’t panic. One step at a time.
 Avoid Cramming Late Night: Better to revise early morning.
