The Final Assessment Results is computed based on the following

A. Points requirement for a positon – this is nothing but the sum of the levels (Example say Safety is L2, Environment is L3, Cost L3, and Quality
L4, then the total is 2+3+3+4=12)
B. Assessment Score: The scoring achieved by the individual (Example say rated as Safety L2, Environment L2, Cost L2, Quality L2, then the total
= 2+2+2+2=8)
C. Manager Rating: Arrive at the points given by the Manager/Supervisor (Example say rated as Safety L2, Environment L2, Cost L2, Quality L2,
then the total = 2+2+2+2=8)
D. Average of Assessment and Manager Score: Mathematical average of the score (of C and D) = 8+8 /2 =8
E. Overall Assessment Percentage = Total Points required by the Position(A)/ Average of Assessment & Mgr Score (D) = 12/8 * 100 = 66.7
F. Final Assessment Rating Scale:
This is as follows
a. 0-40 % - Requires significant training/skilling for the current role
b. 41-70% - Requires training/skilling for the current role
c. 71-90 – Training would help improve performance
d. 91-100 – has the required skills for the current job
