25TH APRIL’S REPORT

School name:- AES JANAKPURI

REPORTING TIME:- 22ND APRIL-26TH APRIL
PREPARED BY:- RUSHI TANDON, DEFAULTER INCHARGE
DATE OF SUBMISSION:- 25TH APRIL 2025

My work for the day:-

My duty for the morning was to check the defaulters and the
late comers. Next I went to my assigned classroom for salad
décor activity and this one went well enough. Then I went to
check the cleanliness on the second floor and give them
marking according to the categories given.
Then next I went to 2nd floor for my duty to check for the
discipline of the students. Then in the conference we had a
discussion for our last day activities.
My feedback for the day:
The children were fun to deal with. And their decorations
were the best. Never expected that from 4th and 5th class
students. But there were somethings which needs the utmost
attentions.
PROBLEMS FOR THE DAY:-
 Dustbins in the corridors. A complaint by teachers and
sweepers and even by us the leaders.
 Plants in front of staff room and even inside.
 Cockroaches found behind the water coolers. Action
need.
 Broken desks and damaged furniture in need of
attention.
